This place has the best philly cheese steak sandwich, i like the staff always friendly and polite, and even though this was my 2nd time eating their food i never got to experience sitting there and enjoying my food. But not this time i definitely took advantage of it being quiet and slow, loved it & btw i added shrimp too & OMG!!!

Done with this location. Several months back they changed management and it’s gone downhill since. Used to go every Friday. Quality got so bad we quit going for the last 6 weeks. Decided to give them a try again, see if they had new staff. They did, but it was just as bad. Sandwich was overcooked and cold by the time I got it. He never dropped my fries, so I went without. Guy on the grill handled buns after raw meat without changing gloves beforehand. Only two people working at lunch on a Friday.
Let me know when you have new management again, new staff, are properly staffed and I may come back.

Edited to add: we never order from this one. I didn’t even know this one was there. We loved the one in mission and after looking at my uber, I just found out that it’s permanently closed and that’s we our order was unfortunately sent to this terrible location. This one needs to close and mission needs to open back up.
Ordered through uber tonight. It came and we didn’t get half of our stuff. No drinks, the Steak bowls were missing almost everything, and when I called the store, the person was rude and tried to say It wasn’t on the ticket. Even though it very much was. My husbands bowl was literally rice, steak, and peppers. No lettuce, cheese, cheese sauce, ranch, nothing.

We love this place and don’t get to have it very often since the one in Liberty closed. We came out of our way to come to this location. We normally have a good experience here, but tonight was not it. We came just a little over an hour before closing. All the chairs were up on the tables, indicating that they did not want us dining in. The couple in line ahead of us ordered their food and were told “You can’t have that. I already ran out and it would take me longer to slice it than to serve it to you”. He was unfriendly to them the entire time and was openly annoyed while preparing their order, so we decided to leave rather than even eat there. Super disappointing.

Ordered delivery. Our food came and was completely wrong. Missing ingredients, some of which we paid extra for, some ingredients added that we didn’t order, and wont eat. I called the store to ask if I brought the food back if they could remake it. The guy on the phone was SO rude. After I explained the situation he audibly sighed before saying “well did you eat any of it? What was wrong with it?” He finally said yes but only after making sure to include that they don’t normally do that but will this one time as if it was my fault they messed up. It was such an off-putting interaction. After all it was their mistake! Can’t say I’m in any hurting to eat from this location again or recommend it to anyone.

I was surprised with how good the Philly was that I got. It was the only item on the menu that I tried, but it ended up being great.
I was a little confused, though, because I thought I was allowed to add toppings to it and entirely skipped that part.

We have come in a few times the past 2 months. Workers are friendly and service has been good but unfortunately things just look unclean and filthy. Dirty tables and floors when we come in and haven’t been too busy. The workers will however be on the phone and standing. Disappointing now that places are unkept. I’ve worked in restaurants since I was 14 years old and always scrubbed and cleaned at the places I’ve work at-taking pride in my work place. You just don’t see this anymore. If stores/restaurants cannot stay clean, then hire a 3rd party if you will not hold your staff accountable for doing so.
Tried going back today. Line was backed up. 2 people only at grill. After 10 minutes standing, went to another restaurant 2 door down. Restaurant still isn’t clean.

I was completely BLOWN AWAY by how good this Philly was. Literally one of the best I’ve ever had, if not the best. The staff was very nice as well, they answered my questions and were very patient as I had three kids with me. The food was really really good.
