The actual Phili cheese steak is covered in salt. Not a bit of cheese.
The cheese fries had no cheese and I am certain the cheese sauce is just Campbell’s cheese and broccoli soup.

I love Pepper Jax! I wish we had them back home in Oklahoma. I love the fact that I can get a cheesesteak and nachos in the same place!

Pretty upset with the Doordash order I received tonight. Food was okay but a few issues…someone did not snap the lid on my au jus, causing everything to be soaked when it got here. No big deal, dried it up in the oven. While eating, I about started choking on something that got stuck in my throat and coughed it out. It was a wad of parchment paper in the middle of my sandwich. Not really hungry anymore, that could have ended in a really not fun way.

If I could give negative stars for service I would. The grill person was unbelievably rude. Never cleaned the grill or changed gloves. Had an attitude when asked to make the Philly before the steak bowl because we did not want cross contamination because of food allergies. Lady helping us check out and top our bowls never even looked at us and kept stopping what she was doing for us to complete our order. If these 3 that were working today continue to be the ones working this store will be closed soon. Absolutely disgusting kitchen and attitudes words the customers.

On the hunt for something quick that will fill a hunger void then stop in at Pepper Jax for a nice stack of loaded cheesy nachos with your choice of toppings with your favorite protein. The Chicken Nachos were ready in minutes, easy to digest and really good. Stop in and get your favorite cheesesteak or nachos that are beyond good with prices that are reasonable.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash I got the Steak Philly and the Chicken Nacho, and it was a complete letdown.
The food was incredibly salty and just not tasty at all. The “CHICKEN NACHO” was especially disappointing. For $15.59, the portion was extremely small and lacked any flavor besides salt. It’s an absolute rip-off for what you get.
The Steak Philly was also overly salty and not enjoyable. Overall, the food was a waste of money. I do not recommend ordering from here; save your time and your money.
