Man this use to be really nice place and my coworkers and I use to come here at least once a week and we all absolutely loved coming here. Not anymore! I personally blame upper management/owners for this downfall. Place is literally filthy, it’s under stuffed, current employees seem to be really frustrated but it’s understandable considering two people have to make food, process payment, serve and do bunch of other work and food isn’t as near as good as it use to be. Also if it wasn’t for paid fake reviews this place would be rated 2 stars maybe 3 to be generous

We ordered a Philly and a Rice bowl. I always have their rice bowl, always been good. Not tonight. The rice was not cooked! it was HARD on the inside. I took it back. No way I could enjoy my bowl. After it was cooked did someone taste it? Make sure it’s done? I’m sure taking a spoonful of rice will not break the bank We have noticed a decline in the restaurant – dirty tables, dirty floor, food is sometimes good sometimes not so great. We have eaten at this PepperJax since they opened. Not so sure we will be back.

Refuse to give us condiments because they said they were closing…I asked if he could get some from the back he refused and hid in the back….I asked him twice and he stayed in the back…..also when we entered the establishment no one was at the counter…they looked they were upset we showed up…..it was 830 they close at 10 this happened on the 23rd of December……never again … you guys lost a customer also we asked to dine in and they packed it to go…but we still ate inside….one older white guy did all the cleaning while the other 2 workers ate in the back

First visit at lunchtime. Tried a Signature Steak Philly sandwich. The food was delicious! (The bun was a bit tough tho) Maybe a little expensive. They have an open seating area with music playing. The music was soft enough to have a conversation at your table but enough that you couldn’t hear other people.
