I had a great time dining here! It’s one of my friends favorite delivery places so I had to try it. Everything was so yummy! We had the seasonal lamp soup and it was so good for winter. Service was fast and attentive as well. Great location too. Would recommend.

The food here is exceptional — full of flavour, well cooked, and genuinely memorable. It’s the main reason I’d consider returning.
Unfortunately, the service seriously let the experience down. The waitstaff were rude, abrupt, and unwelcoming, with little sense of basic hospitality. There was no warmth, no courtesy, and interactions felt dismissive rather than attentive.
It’s disappointing because great food deserves service to match. If management addressed customer service and staff manners, this place could easily be outstanding. As it stands, the food is the saving grace but the poor service overshadows what should have been a great dining experience.

My 6th time eating here and I’ve finally decided to write a review! Dishes are extraordinary and on an authentic note. Some dishes I really recommend are their truffle fried rice (very fragrant and umami), braised beef with potato (tender), peppercorn chicken (numbing addictive), string beans (crunchy and delicious), and their brown sugar mochi sticks are soooo crispy and chewy. However, if u can’t handle spicy, definitely tell them to lower the spice!!!
The only issue is their service. Workers seem slow and a little rude? But that doesn’t stop me coming back for the 6th time!

I keep coming back to this Sichuan restaurant every time I’m in the city. Everything is freshly cooked, and you can adjust the spice level to your taste
Must-orders:
Spicy Frog Legs (tender, generous, seriously addictive),
Spicy Pork Intestine (crispy, clean, and flavorful),
Hot & Sour Duck Blood (smooth, well-balanced, perfect with rice).
The Black Truffle Fried Rice is fragrant and fluffy, and the bamboo shoots with green pepper are refreshing and help balance the heat.
Always leave full and happy

This place serves Schezuan style food and for Midtown location, it’s quite good. Usually you’ll find mediocre, westernized tasting food if it’s in a touristy location, but this actually rivals the Schezuan dishes from Chinatown and Flushing. Food is top notch and 100% recommend. One thing though one wait staff looks like he didn’t want to be there. I get it, it’s the middle of winter it’s cold, but be little more receptive lol. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Either way, food is great, 100% recommend if you’re in Midtown and craving Schezuan food.

it is a solid spot for authentic Sichuan in Midtown. You can adjust the spice level and saltiness, which is great. The dishes are flavorful, fresh, and satisfying, and they even have desserts like ice jelly. Perfect for a quick after-work meal or takeout — definitely coming back.

I recently visited Peppercorn Station in New York and had a great overall experience. The food was genuinely delicious, and the portions were impressively large—definitely a spot where you won’t go hungry. The menu had a lot of options. The only downside was the water, which was served lukewarm. It’s a small detail, but it stood out given how good everything else was. A simple fix, and it would make the dining experience even better.
Overall, Peppercorn Station is absolutely worth a visit

As an ABC who’s living away from home, I just crave good spicy Chinese food and let me tell you that I have dreams of their hot and sour glass noodles paired with the beef green pepper soup sometimes. Especially in this nasty cold weather, sometimes you just need a nice hot and spicy pick me up. Peppercorn station has been one of my favorite go-to spots for Szechuan food since I moved to the city for work. Literally it’s smack down in the middle of the city and is extremely close to work so it’s a no brainer. Hard to find good authentic Szechuan Chinese food in Hell’s Kitchen or Midtown but peppercorn makes it so easy. Please do yourself a favor and get the crab meat tofu, beef green pepper, garlic pea shoots, and HOT AND SOUR GLASS NOODLES. Also for a Chinese restaurant, the service and speed is extremely on point and never have had a bad experience. Will keep supporting good local businesses like this and yall should too.

I love the lamb soup and fish! It’s very traditional Chinese dishes. The price is reasonable as well!
