This is the place that comes to mind when you say New Mexico. It smells soooo good. It’s the best red chile I’ve ever had. The green was a little disappointing. Our server was sweet. The place was slammed so we had a long wait but nothing unreasonable. Some people came in after they closed and they graciously accommodated them. The grilled cheese was huge and my kids loved it. My husband said his hamburger steak was a bit dry and he would have preferred enchilada sauce or gravy. He did like his steak fries and I ate his cabbage which was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend.

Wasn’t going to stop by originally but glad we did. The food is delicious. Tried the plate that was featured in the Travel Channel food show and it was worth it. Definitely worth the pit stop while traveling.

Nice place, they have plenty of variety in the menu. The food was good, I got the Combination Plate (burrito, green chile relleno and a hard shell taco), sorry I missed the photo! But hey I got you a photo of my dessert; Sopapillas which are a fried dough with honey.

Our server was slow but the food was amazing. I might pay for it later but oh well you only live once. My husband had the chicken enchiladas with the red chilies and I had the chicken enchiladas with the green chilies. So so good. Way too much food but omg it was tasty

Stopped there on the way home from Albuquerque. The food was great (Chille Rellenos with red and green sauce), service was a little slow (got our drinks right away, food took a little long but it was lunch rush hour). On a bad note, someone scuffed our car’s bumper in the parking lot and it almost seems like it was done on purpose. There was plenty of room to drive by. Not cool. So watch where you park!

Hatch Festival. Opening day. Don’t come hungry. Hostess overwhelmed and unprofessional. Crazy and frantic service. Waited 40 minutes before learning house rules…. Outside first come first served vs. Inside give name and wait up to 40 more minutes.

Super cute place and friendly staff! We sat out on the patio which is covered so we had shade. The food was delicious, we had a bowl of soup (it was huge!) and an enchilada that was stuffed with veggies. Great little gem in the city of Hatch!

Delicious! Friendly, helpful staff. Not to busy at about 11:30am, 40 bucks with tip for us two. Relaxed environment, clean, nice decor, easy to find, plenty of parking in back. Yummy food, fair prices, good portions, good selection. Green chilli was fantastic as was the red chilli, but i prefer green, heck just try em both we did….

Place to call home. Located in adobe home, decorated with authentic Mexican theme art, offering True Hatch Chile in authentic food from the Southwest and paired with a good cold beer or wine. And if possible the weekends offer a good ole family gathering with a dance area and local bands that invite guests to enjoy Friday and Saturday til 10pm.. it is a place worth coming back to
