The food is consistently good, and this follow-up showed they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back.

The food here is good, and I’ve enjoyed their sandwiches before, which is why this was disappointing.
Today I ordered the pistachio ricotta cake ($5.99), and the cake was placed directly on top of the hot ABC wrap with no separation or proper packaging.
By the time I got home, it had completely melted and flattened into a mess.
The poor packaging ruined the experience. This could easily be fixed with better packing, and I hope they pay more attention to this going forward because I do like the food and want to keep coming back.

I’ve loved this place for years and have always recommended it to people. That’s why this visit was especially disappointing. As prices have gone up, the quality just didn’t match.
Spending nearly $20 on a sandwich and getting some of the stalest bread I’ve ever had was frustrating. The bread was hard, chewy, and lacked the freshness and flavor I’ve come to expect here. Even Subway had fresher bread today, which says a lot.
It didn’t have the same attention to detail that usually sets this place apart. I’m really hoping this was just an off day, because I’d love to have a better experience next time.

Best food I’ve had in a long time. It’s been a long time since I actually enjoyed something. I actually enjoyed everything. I’ve been nostalgic chasing after how I remember food tasting, but it never usually matches up. I was upset that I got full so quick and couldn’t enjoy more. The fries and the sandwich were delicious. I like that they have a nice outdoor area and they serve your food on real plates. They have an extensive menu and I can’t wait to come back and try everything. I almost skipped over trying this place because it navigated me further than what I was expecting to go, but i’m so glad I decided to try it anyway.

I have been going here since opening and without a doubt, it is probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had. This place can get busy, and you may have to wait, but trust me, it is well worth the wait.
Not only do they have hot and cold sandwiches, but they also have burgers, fries, salads, desert, mac and cheese, and other goodies.
I have tried many different sandwiches, and I would have to say the Cubana is probably my favorite, but there are so many other sandwiches that give this a run for its money, such as the chopped cheese, London broil and the chipolte chicken sandwich depending on your cravings. The burgers are also great, and the fries are perfect in my book. Sorry if I butchered any of the names of the sandwiches, but it’s close, and I highly recommend them. My fiancee loves the meatball or club.
If you fancy yourself a sandwich, do yourself a favor and stop by here, you won’t regret it.

The best Chicken Caesar Salad wrap! Tried this deli for the first time today and was impressed. The wrap was delicious and so were the fries. The staff was nice and the shaded tables out front had a nice breeze for the middle of the day. I will be back!

I was looking for a healthy meal and found Pepper Farm Deli on Google Maps. I was so happy because they had a lot of options to try! I ordered the Ahi Surf and Deli, Hawaiian Flatbread, and Apple Berry, and they were all delicious! I was just a bit disappointed with the service. I know they were busy, which is good for business. I noticed people getting chips, but the girl at the front desk, who wasn’t very nice, didn’t mention them or I should just asked. I asked another guy who was preparing the food, but he said no chips were included, even though I had two meals. It was interesting, and I’m not sure if I was mistaken or if the chips cost extra. Still, the atmosphere was nice, and I enjoyed sitting outside. It was a lovely Friday afternoon.

The burger and cheese steak sandwich were fantastic. The beet salad was perfect. Thanks Pepper Farm Deli for a delicious meal while we wait for our vehicle to be repaired. Great selection of everything and the service was impeccable. Will definitely come back to try everything!!

The deli has the best sandwiches in San Diego!!! The taste and quality of what they put in their sandwiches is excellent! And as always, their service is top notch! I have gone to Pepper Farm Deli mainly for lunch during weekdays and it gets really busy with dine-in and take-out orders. But, the food quality and taste, as well as, the service they give has always been excellent and never gets affected by the lunch time rush. Highly recommend this place for there Hot and Cold Sandwiches. Still need to try everything else on the menu.
