I would stay away from here. Tried to eat with my wife, I haven’t been in a long time and she has never been. So I thought why not we finally got some time to go out. Well that was a mistake. They had maybe 3 tables in the restaurant. So they weren’t busy. We waited for about 10 mins for someone to greet us or say anything. Finally they said the hostess would be right out. Well a few more mins later she came out. She seemed annoyed we were there. Grabbed 2 menus and told us to follow her. We walked past all the clean tables and then she throws the menus on the table and walks away. Well the table was covered in food and chips. Obviously dirty. But she walked away so fast we weren’t able to ask for another. After waiting and then thus we just left. If this is how they treat customers then I wouldn’t trust the food. Please be careful if you go. I would recommend just not going. Sucks cause I remember this place used to be good.

Haven’t been to a Pepe’s since I was a kid, so I only had a vague idea of what to expect.

We came in as they were recovering from the dinner rush which included a very large party. Still we were seated promptly. Out server was kind and attentive.

The food is good and is certainly worth what you pay for it.

The salsa was fresh and very tasty. While the food was okay, it felt like a lot of canned, prepared foods were used. It all felt rather mass produced overall. I would not go back when there are better options in the area. Service was good though. Our server was patient and friendly.

I like Pepe’s. Service was great, friendly and professional. I wanted something quick and not to heavy, so I ordered an appetizer. The signature chili con quest. I should have said something, so thats my fault, but this offering was awful. Microwaved chili substance of some sort with clumpy, stringy, chewy cheese. And somehow, almost tasteless.

Let me start off by saying, the only reason I ended up at this restaurant was from pure curiosity. After trekking through a corn maze I was left with a choice between $10 off at Pepe’s or a free appetizer at Texas Roadhouse. Trying to weigh both options I did some research to find that Pepe’s had less than stellar reviews, but I needed to form my own opinion. My partner and I arrived at Pepe’s and requested a table. After a 5 minute wait the hostess took us to a booth. Seeing that the table was still dirty and littered with crumbs and cups the hostess proceeded to grab a equally as dirty damp towel from a random busser and halfway wiped the table down before reassuring us that the table had “just been cleaned off.” Eventually we were brought out chips and water, or what they consider to be salsa. We put in our orders which consisted of a large queso, chicken fajitas, a combination platter, and a side order of fries just for the heck of it. Our food came out and I was presented with a “warmer” which was a wobbly metal stand with a flame that my fajitas sat atop of. Whoever came up with the idea needs fired. Safe to say I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, and not in a good way. I was stuck between trying to balance my plate that was 5 inches off the table and trying not to burn the entire building down by accident. I counted maybe 6 pieces of chicken in my fajitas that was accompanied by an assortment of hamburger toppings, since their cheese of choice was shredded cheddar cheese. My partner barely ate any of his before offering me his plate. What he had was no better than a microwaved meal you’d find at Walmart. The flavor was non existent and the presentation was sad. 15 minutes into our meal a party that had been seated next to us stood up and left before even getting a chance to put in a drink order due to lack of service. The highlight of our meal was the french fries, which were actually pretty good. I’d like to say that’s a compliment buts it not due to the fact that we were dining at whats supposed to be a “Mexican” establishment. Save your money and go elsewhere. $45 for probably one of the worst excuses for Mexican cuisine. Support local restaurants. Glad we came so we know not to go back. Waitress was nice. That’s about it.

I was traveling from out of town and stopped by this Pepe’s. While I was waiting in line to be seated a lady jumped in front of me and asked for some hot sauce. Alyssa handled the situation very professionally and I was very impressed. She has outstanding customer service skills. I was also impressed by Tyler, he brought my food out and made sure that I was satisfied with what he brought to the table. His attitude was very positive and welcoming. I will definitely return to this location just because of the customer service and the food was delicious might I add also. Thank you both for a wonderful experience and keep up the great work. You guys ROCK‼️

Scotsman who stays in town a few times a year who is a recent regular to this restaurant. Food is incredible and very filling at a respectable price, they have a solid choice of beers and cocktails to accompany perfectly with their superb meals. Staff are always extra helpful and service has always been quick in my experience. Cannot wait to visit again.

Good food good place. The salsa was very watered down it was not very good at all and the salsa is the first impression at a Mexican restaurant so it made the score 3 stars.

The menudo I ordered was good.

The bathroom men’s stall did not have a lock. That’s very bad.
