I had their $6 2 plain slices and soda deal. The pizza dripped oil like a sieve. The crust was ok and the cheese was a standard shredded mozzarella. For me what saved this pizza is the sauce. Nice flavor. Not bland at all. Because of the sauce, 6.5 out of 10. If the sauce was bland, this would have been in the 5’s for me. Very hard for parking so I would not drive here for this. If I lived around the corner I’d walk here.

Pepe’s was such a treat and everything we had here was extremely authentic. This might just be the best Italian around and boy have I been around the block! The garlic bread was very fresh and the service was awesome and prompt. You guys keep doing exactly what you are doing if I could give you a 10 star I would.

We ordered a catering for my work’s party. Never came on time. Delivery went to a wrong address. Food came an hour late. So disappointed, employees were waiting for food and the “Manager” gave $50 discount. The money is not the issue, it is the commitment to the customers. Never again and the charged tax twice. Food and service is great! I wouldn’t recommend placing an order last minute! My order was wrong and only realized it after I got back home and wasnt to par with the quality of the last few times I had visited. Definitely a place to eat at. Clean, pleasent people and home environment.

I got a whole chicken cheese steak with onions and peppers with marinara sauce and it was missing the main ingredient….chicken! It was dry and onion packed! This was not it at all, had to add my own chicken and sauce.

Until tonight, I’ve had nothing but good things to say about Pepes. I’ve been coming here or ordering at least once a week for roughly the last 10 years, dating back to before the current owner took over. We’ve celebrated birthdays, baby showers, family events, and holidays with Pepes—often catering events for our family and even our kids’ school. I’ve proudly recommended them to friends and colleagues, and we’ve spent a significant amount of business here.
Tonight, I was informed for the first time that there’s a $2 delivery charge. I asked if I’d ever been charged this before, and the staff said no, it’s new and based on distance. I live 0.4 miles away, so I expected that would be minimal or waived for a one-time exception. The explanation and the handling left me confused and frustrated, and I asked if they could waive it tonight as I couldnt pick up. I get they have to pay the drivers but when they come to my house they get at least 30% tip for a 3 minute drive. The interaction felt mismanaged.
More disappointingly, the manager attempted to hang up on me before taking my card, and I could hear negative comments about me being relayed to the other manager while I was still on the line. When I raised the issue, the response was dismissive, and there was no apology. The OWNER reframed it as me just wanting to argue and post a bad review, which was disheartening given my long history with Pepes. I wasn’t asking for special treatment—just to be treated the way I’ve always been treated and to receive a respectful, clear explanation.
Given tonight’s experience, I will not be returning and I cannot in good conscience recommend Pepes anymore. I deserve to be treated with respect and to have transparent, reasonable explanations for charges. I hope the leadership reflects on how long-time customers are treated when policies change.

Really love the chicken piccata & Penne with marinara, sauce was really good. The waitress and the owner was really kind. They really made sure we were attended and comfortable. Next time I have to try the pizza and dessert.

My wife and I herd great things about this place only to be let down in the first 10 minutes of being There. We were sat at a table and waited for the hostess to return, another couple walked in 7 minutes later and was Immediately attend too. It took all of 5 minutes from our driveway to the front door of the restaurant.
