Ordered the shredded beef taco with guacamole. That thing was stuffed with toppings and was absolutely delicious. Also ordered a chorizo egg cheese and potato burrito which was one of the better chorizo burritos I’ve had. If you’re in Brea definitely check out Pepe’s.

Spotless restaurant and shared restroom. I had the taquitos. They were 1 in diameter and stuffed with meat. They were covered with guacamole and cheese, served with either red or green salsa. Their prices are very reasonable. And the staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend trying the restaurant.

I have to go at least weekly to Pepe’s because I love me some burritos, breakfast burritos or the Cali burrito both are excellent. The burgers are top notch too as well as the tacos. The fries are thick and crispy. I’m getting hungry now

I just spent $20 there in food and I asked for four hot sauces on the side and the rude lady at the window said I can only give you two because you bought a burrito and I said I bought chips Also. She said hot sauce don’t come with the chips so you only get two hot sauces. Then she has the nerve to tell me that they don’t have beans for the burrito that they gave me so the burrito look like a taquito. Absolutely rude terrible service very expensive. Definitely not worth the money. The lady working the window Friday night 5/12/23 needs a talking to about behavior towards customers.

I have been coming to Pepes for 20 years and tonight it was 8:20 PM the doors were open. I went in to make my order and I told the lady it was for here. She said I’m sorry sir you can’t eat it here because we close at 8:30. There’s a table of four people in the back that just got their food and they’re eating it. I have never been told that I cannot eat at the restaurant that I order from. I understand if it was past their closing time but this is 10 minutes before their closing time and in many other occasions at other restaurants, they have closed the dining room, but have allowed you to eat your meal because I have ordered it before they closed. I’m sorry, but I felt so unwelcome and the Lady literally did not care that she was not gonna let me eat here and wouldn’t take my order.

This place is good, but the refried beans are incredible. I have other restaurants I prefer for other dishes, but no one has ever made beans the way Pepe’s makes beans. Their enchilada sauce is also great. Additionally, the bathrooms are locked with a code you get on your receipt, so they are really clean.
