It’s a small, family owned panderia that’s been in town for a VERY long time. They have amazing pan dulce and great cakes. The customer service is wonderful. The parking is limited to on-street but we have never had an issue. It is small and popular so it can be crowded, but they’re quick.

I expected more professionalism than banter and immature behavior. Great work on everything, but you’re in for a ride when an issue comes up. Any business, doesn’t matter who or what it is. Need to exceed their expectations of customer service. Not let one situation define them, and continue to carry mediocre customer services. If keeping customers was important, I’d say it’s at the bottom of their list. They have enough customers to support them, but how many actually come back? Reasons like this will always keep the business small, the lack of attention and its customer service. There will never be an end to adapting to the clientele. It’s just not a priority here. Easily one of the best establishments in Sunnyside. I always enjoy going in here and grabbing Mexican sweet bread. The place is always filled with locals and you can see the bakers in the back working hard.

Sister when it first time and she said she loved it! She said it is pretty big inside even though outside it looks like it would be small. I told her to get me a nice cake small one piece cake. She did and it was the best cake I tasted in a yrs… Not to sweet not to moist just perfect.!! will be going bk soon.

The pastries looked good, but we did, however, take a few home that so-so. Despite feeling sick to our stomachs. The pastries that we took home felt heavy and you could really taste the one main ingredient in every piece which was “LARD” The prices seem reasonable but unfortunately we will not be going back!
