Way overpriced, ordered a burrito that was supposed to be beef fajita inside. Got 6 bites of small beef bits and about 2 pounds of raw peppers and onions. $20 for that burrito. Walls aren’t painted, boarded up and plastic hung on the walls.

Super small Mexican joint in Haughton, LA. Fast and friendly service. The salsa is excellent. The cilantro is a nice variation to what I’m used to when eating salsa. The chips need work though. Need more thickness and crunch. Plenty of variety to choose from the menu. The prices I thought were a bit steep considering what you’ll getting. Nonetheless the food was good and I’ll be coming back more for the chips and salsa more than anything. Enjoy my foodie connoisseurs

I have no clue how they have good reviews, but this place was awful. WAY over priced. And the food was horrible. They charged $12.99 for a 1/2 order of steak nachos. It literally came with 6 chips. The picture attached only has 4 chips because each of my children had already grabbed one. $18 for entree that should have been about $10 or less. The $8.95 margaritas taste like straight sour mix. (Haughton location) Paid $100 for trash and left hungry.

The chips and salsa were great, I would be surprised if the salsa was made fresh daily. I ordered the Pepe’s special that included the Carne asada, beef enchilada, with guacamole salad. All of it was fantastic and very fresh. They deserve an extra star!

This used to be one of our favorite places to enjoy Mexican food. We don’t know what happened after the pandemic. Today was so disappointing. Our flour tortillas were raw, which could’ve caused a bad stomach issue. The shrimp were tasteless and almost raw. Not even eat the tostada because the cheese wouldn’t melt. Weird taste to the salsa also. Spent $50 on a lunch For two. What a waste of money.

Great restaurant tucked away off the road. Service was very fast. Seriously, we had our food in under 5 minutes after ordering, despite the decent crowd inside. The chips were very fresh and slightly thinner, which I like. The salsa had a pleasant kick to it but not so much that my young kid would not eat it. Definitely recommend.

Kids TV show blaring. Asked for bowl of dressing for chips 6.95 they charged. No to go cups. Place has no sign on building. Only 2 other people eating there at lunch. Big disappointment
