I have limitless nice things I could say after trying this place. The staff are some of the nicest folks you could encounter. The food? It’s like going home to Mama’s for cooking. Everything our family ordered was delicious. It was $101 before tip was left for 4 people to eat dinner, and VERY worth it. We will 100% be return customers – a new family fave for sure. Impeccably clean, and cozy! Highly recommend.

The chicken fried steak, although huge, was chewy, the breading was gummy, and it had no flavor. They served it with all the gravy underneath the meat, so when you tried to cut it, it just slid and squished all over the plate. Not good. My spouse had an omelet, which he said was fine, but it was really skimpy on the cheese, considering it was a 3 meat and 3 cheese omelet. The cost of our meal for the chicken fried steak, an omelet, and 1 coffee was 51 bucks, not counting the tip. Not worth that. I was hoping for better.

Had the Salisbury steak (basically a hamburger smothered in gravy) served with small diced green peppers with mushrooms. A side of mashed potatoes, corn in its own dish, and a slice of bread with butter. Before the meal came out, they served a cup of soup. After the meal, they served a good piece of strawberry cheesecake. All that for just $22. I thought it was pretty fair

Old fashioned diner. We loved the food. I like peanut butter on my waffles and pancakes. One time a waitress actually put the peanut butter on for me before the strawberries and whipped cream… She got a good tip…

We have tried eating here 4 times hoping it would be better. Waitress hardly ever returns to refill drinks (a couple of times never came back except with bill). Food is mediocre at best, gravy was cold, ordered white toast but got wheat and waitress never came back. Bill was 58.00 for 2 people and over 220.00 for 4 people, has a total including 18% gratuity.

Ive eaten here for years. But the chicken alfredo was no bueno. The sauce was floury pastey and the chicken dry , under seasoned, and over cooked. Wrong kind of cheese in the sauce or something. Whoever your cook was today-should never cook alfredo again or go back to school. I dont know what that was, but it was definatelu not chicken alfredo. It almost made us sick. I tried to forge thru it. Couldnt even eat half. I had to stop. My partner had to exchange it for something else immediately the first bite almist made her sick to her stomach.

Old fashioned greasy spoon. Chicken fried steak is definitely homemade. Country gravy wasn’t bad. Pancakes were way too blah. They were big though. Sausage links were excellent.. The most memorable part of this experience is the customer service.
