They were crooked about it and clearly did not want to discuss the charge or explain what happened.
On top of that, the food was overpriced and the portion was small for what they charge. Not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it — there are much better options across the street.
There are no fountain drinks. All drinks are bottled. Options are Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dasani, and some seltzer fruit drinks. (I don’t recall flavors or brand of the seltzers. Also, I’m pretty sure the bottled drink kicked the price up $4.)
The fries were pretty decent.
All and all, I’d say my only complaint is $26 for a combo that sits par with any run of the mill fast food combo is wild. Price aside, I’d give the combo a 8/10 for flavor and portion. I always prefer fountain drinks over bottles, but that’s not such a deal breaker for me.
Again, yes I know this is Downtown Disney. But that’s a poor excuse. I understand real estate here is astronomical for these brands, but c’mon. A fair price for combo of this quality should clock in just under $20, $15 if I’m being straight up. Given it’s location.
I got the iberico pork burger & chicken fritters.
The price knocked out down a star for me and then the reason I’m giving a 3 star is when I asked if I could use my disney gift card, I’m not sure if she told me the truth or not that the system was down. The way the cashier said it sounded like she didn’t want to bother with the separate tablet.
Portions were also good size – a normal burger size and the sandwich was large. Portion size may not overflow like an Arby’s but it’s of a way higher quality place that shouldn’t be compared to Arby’s portion.
Solid fries!
Magnificent churros!
A little pricy, but everything at Disney Springs is!
We also had the Vegetable Bikini (Sandwich). Both was really amazing, quick service and normal price for Disney Springs.
The place is really big, so it’s easy to get a table. All in all a 5 out of 5
The food was good, but it’s nothing special. The chicken croquettes were flavorful but had no dipping sauce, and the sandwich was pretty dry and mediocre. Overall, would not recommend. Go check out other places.
