Awesome little sports bar, the chicken tenders were seriously the best tenders ive ever had, they were so soft and flavorful and breaded absolutely perfectly ive never had tenders of that caliber before wow. I got the insanity sauce and it was so flavorful and spicy. The salads were huge and the pretzels were delicious as well, but the cheese was pretty plain and bland.

placed an order from them, and the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional. He sounded rude, impatient, and didn’t speak in a respectful way. I didn’t pay much attention at first, but after placing my order, we waited about half an hour for it to arrive. When I received my order, I went to open my pizza and mozzarella sticks. I noticed right away that the pizza looked a little off. When I tried a slice, it didn’t taste right — it had a funny taste and was pretty cold. Then when I checked the mozzarella sticks, they were burned and had a weird aftertaste. I was really disappointed and not satisfied at all.
I couldn’t even finish eating the food, so I decided to call and make a complaint. When I spoke with the owner, things didn’t go the way I expected.He asked me how much of the food I ate, and I told him honestly that I had eaten one of the mozzarella sticks, but the rest of them was untouched, and there was only one slice of pizza and the pizza was a personal pizza and it was only 4 small slices.
Instead of helping, he said, “I don’t appreciate prank calls,” which made no sense — I spent my own money on that food. I told him I wasn’t happy with how it turned out, and he tried to say, “Well, obviously the pizza is good.” But it wasn’t good. I explained that as I was eating it, I realized something was wrong with it. Then he told me to “take it up with my bank” because they “don’t do refunds.” Like, what kind of customer service is that?

Great place to get a pizza. late hours and they cover all of West Hartford and the University of Hartford Campus in Bloomfield as well as Trinity College. The are located inside the Iron Horse Sports bar which is a cool place with great food and pool tables or a place to watch “the game”.
