Love it there. Food was GREAT will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Soup be done by 1 so hurry & get yours. You can call & order. OMG & their rum & coke . I wonder what other alcoholic beverages they have cuz in ready to try then all, food & drinks.

My coworker had introduced me to people’s choice and let me tell you! I have been coming here for a week straight!!! The food is OUTSTANDING DELICIOUSNESS. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The food has so much flavor which is a huge plus. I leave here feeling full and satisfied. I definitely recommend EVERYONE to come and enjoy some good food.

Shop opens 11:30am. I’m standing here at 11:55am knocking on the door. Employee inside sees me at the door after 11:30am and refuses to open the door. Called the second location in Miramar because it’s a new year, I haven’t been here in a long time. But the service and quality has decreased. A man walks to the front door unlocking the shop but LEAVE A NOTE or doo better. Your shop opens at 11:30am. No food ready. No staff ready. Ignoring paying customers at the door. Bad bad bad service. If you can’t get your staff in on time that isn’t the vault of the customers. Change your hours of operation if you cannot be open at 11:30am with food prepared. No respect given to paying customers at all. Taking people time and money for granted. Better service please. That should not have happened. No apologies for the bad service and bad business. Just pure Jamaican attitude as always.

Ate here a few times while staying nearby for a week… The food is delicious, very authentic… Oxtail, brown stew and wings was excellent, curry was ok, not bad but ok. Friendly customer service. Clean environment. Eat- in options available.

Another Hidden Gem , I recommend . People’s Choice is a nice tucked away restaurant that has open space and lots of seating. The customer service is great with a menu that will tantalize the taste buds. Being new to Florida, I am glad I ventured out to try something new.
Not sure as what to order, being a first timer. I tried the Ox tails dish with a side of Curry Goat and the Chicken soup. The Ox tails were pull off the bone tender, with great flavor and a bed of rice & peas that complimented the dish. The Curry goat had spices that tantalized the tongue and was succulent with each bite. The cross over with the rice from the Ox tails to the goat, totally changed the whole dish for a great experience. The chicken soap was delightful with tender pieces of chicken and a great broth with body to sip.
I recommend this place to experience authentic Caribbean food. Your taste buds, hunger and wallet will all be happy & satisfied.

First off this restaurant seems to not have any easily ticked off personal employed as I have witnessed over the years a few difficult patrons come in like OX on belly and leave with what they came for like a kid leaving a candy store now on this day Oct 11 2025 it must have been a carnival function in the area where as it was packed with lightly dressed painted up patrons placing orders and some regulars I did wait a little longer than usual and I had a large order aswell also the phone was ringing non stop rightfully so I witnessed true professionalism from this one lady taking orders and serving also tending to those dining in I believe her name is Kenisha treating every body she encountered with respect and grace no matter what I don’t do long storytelling but this sister needs to be recognized for her awesomeness ✌️
