Really happy to see Pentacola open up in East Hill. This truck replaced a very popular taco truck at this spot, so expectations were pretty high—but Pentacola absolutely delivers.
I had the burrito and tamales, both of which were excellent. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned, and the ingredients clearly aren’t an afterthought. The tamales in particular stood out—great texture and flavor. My wife is vegetarian and ordered the pinto bean tacos, and she loved them. It’s nice to see solid vegetarian options that feel just as thoughtfully prepared as the rest of the menu.
The truck itself also has a great vibe. They’ve had a local artist paint a Pensacola-themed mural on the truck, which gives it a really cool neighborhood feel and makes the whole place stand out.
Fresh ingredients, great food, and a fun local touch. Pentacola is a great addition to East Hill and definitely worth stopping by.
