The cookies were alright in flavor but they were extremely hard on the edges, the very center was fine though. Personally think you can get better cookies elsewhere but I did like the fun flavors they had to offer. You can’t find that at most places. The shop was clean, parking was right in front of the store but spots are limited (not like this really their fault though), and overall it was fine but I probably would not come back or recommend this place.

I ordered 2 dozen cookies. My order was not completely correct. However, totally fine and not a big deal since I still received a full 2 dozen cookies. I would recommend others to check their order before leaving, if receiving the correct items are important.
The taste of the cookies: the edges of almost every cookie was cooked well done however, the middle was dough-y (when we broke the cookies apart of it looked like uncooked cookie dough). The creme brulee cookies had the most cooked middle but the cookie has a sweet burnt taste to it.
I would rate my experience a 6 out of 10.

Some of the best, and I mean BEST, baked goods that I have ever consumed. I don’t eat a lot of cookies but when I do, I plan to order from Penny and Pearl’s.
I tried a wide variety of their current selections and I found them to be more flavorful, fresh and festive than Insomnia or Crumbl. The staff was kind and ready to explain their specials and prices to me. Service with a smile was in full swing and I can’t wait to go back for seconds.
Give this place your money and you won’t be disappointed. So far, my favorites are their Crème Brûlées and the Chocolate Chip with Sea Salt cookies.

This place is amazing, not only is it very reasonably priced but they do amazing work. I had a SpongeBob themed birthday party and wanted a cookie cake decorated to look like pizza, so it could be the “Krust Krab Pizza”. And when I tell you they went above and beyond!!! It was amazing, everyone loved and was complimenting on how nice it looked. It also tasted amazing the chocolate chip was delicious. I would absolutely recommend Penny and Pearl for your next function, they are so amazing.

Great communication and absolutely wonderful service, was very appreciative that I could place an order for a 10in cookie cake for my fiancés birthday same week of and am highly impressed by their creativity!
All I told them was a couple colors and it’s like they already knew what I was looking for! Read my mind!

First and foremost, the cookies are excellent, and I will absolutely return for those!
At the end of the day, the main point is the cookies, but the customer service left much to be desired. I’m not sure that the person that helped me said a single word during our entire transaction. I made my request, the request was filled, the order was put in the POS, I paid, and then she was out the door before I could say ‘thank you.’ It looked like maybe they were unloading/bringing in ingredients. The transaction was so quick (I was in/out in maybe 2 minutes), but I can almost 100% say no words were spoken to me, which is odd for a customer-facing business. I didn’t feel super welcome, but like I said, at the end of the day, the entire reason I came was for the cookies, not for the customer service, so I will definitely come back – may just order online next time.

Delicious, fresh cookies everytime I’ve been there. My favorite is the chocolate chip. But their red velvet is amazing. I haven’t had a bad cookie here.

This place is Cookie Heaven. Perfect texture: gooey in the middle and crispy on the edges. Words and photos cannot do them justice. I’ve tried the Creme Brulee, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Potato Chip, and Key Lime Pie cookies, as well as the Lemon Bar. All scrumptious. Warm and welcoming service both times I’ve been. What a gem!
