In today early afternoon, only 1 other customer in the store. I was helped promptly. The grill was absolutely dirty, litterly every last square inch disgusting. Ordered a grilled italian. Was prepped fast, the sandwhich oven seems on a higher speed than other locations. Bread ended up soggy and I had indigestion for the next few hours. Had a random cookie thrown in the bag. Didnt look like the other cookies for sale. Might have been a nice bonus, except is had a big ole hair on the top. No thanks, but a few napkins woulda been appreciated. Was it terrible, no. Do I plan on patronizing this location again, no. Not even with a $4.99 small sub coupon.

I ordered the Italian. When you looking at the menu on the wall, not once does it says mayo is included, so the menu is disleading. Ordered my sandwich to go but let them know I’d eat it there and take the rest to go. I ordered a large, and received a regular. When I asked them about it they told me it was a large and looked at me like I was crazy. They took it back and added a super small portion. It had an insane amount of mayo on it and I never asked for mayo. At that point I didn’t even want to bring up the mayo because of the response I got the first time. The sandwich was barely cut so when I picked it up, it completely fell apart. On top of that it was made for dine-in so even if I did enjoy it, I couldn’t take it to go like asked in the first place. The two lady’s working there looked like they hated their jobs. Crazy part is I paid $25 for that experience.

I’d give a negative 10 if I could. I did an online order and asked for sauce. The gentleman behind the counter needs to not be working here if he hates his job so much. He began saying profanities under his breath when the young lady who was working with him asked him to provide me with extra sauce. I felt bad for her that she has to work with someone so hostile. Then to boot I get home and I am met with a sandwich where the bread was not cooked and doughy. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION!

The people there were friendly and attentive to detail. Food was delicious and amazing! The workers were sweet and worked well together. All the women were careful and considerate with the food, and patient with me as well would definitely go here again! 100% recommend.
