We had the best service at a quick service restaurant I have ever had. We went Monday night for the national sandwich day and $4.99 small subs. It was my wife and 3 kids under 4. The gentleman at the register forgot to give us the deal and we didn’t even notice before we paid. Once we alerted him after payment, he took care of it no problem and we still got the deal. They brought out our food to us, got us ketchup and extra napkins and we’re just overall in a great mood. We really enjoyed our meal here and will be back, hopefully to catch the same crew on Mondays.

The manager had to keep getting on them to their job right, and I spent almost 50 dollars for my sandwich to barely have any meat on one half of the sandwich, I ate the first half it was koo, I go to heat up the other half and this is how it looks….all bread on the one end. That’s ridiculous. I will never waste my money on this overpriced place again. The sandwiches are good and fries too I will them that, but I should have meat on my sandwich when I’m paying as much as I am for the thing!!!!

Great location clean great customer service. The young lady Janiya Jones oh my God love her great personality, great customer service and the managers as well. Can’t remember that young man’s name that I absolutely love this location. I’m a 43-year-old lady and I love being at this location with these kids brought me so much joy. Food was hot fresh and it’s never a long way.

I love this place but prices keep me away. I saw the owner’s feedback on sandwich pricing and quite honestly none of those sandwiches should cost more than $10…. You can find a fully cooked steak meal for $20. Little pieces spread across bread with some mayo and cheese should not cost about the same and if they do you should really think about your business model. You guys charge for cheese as if you’re making it in the back….your definitely not

On Hampton Ave. One person waiting in hole restaurant and they had me waiting and waiting, then she tells me on where it says ( order here) she will be with me in a minute then she tells me that the dude on others side will take my order but never did. So we left.never again and was my first time and last.by the way she had hair all way to hip waving it around food. Bad hygiene habits, place dirty.

The sandwiches was so sad looking but they taste ok lack of seasoning wish they had jalapeno peppers, and more toppings for the sandwiches, the fries was not done,they were soggy I think they missed the 2nd fry,the staff was friendly ,I think it might be better around lunch time,oh and the lemonade was only all lemons had to add sugar when I got home. This is the third time I ordered a sandwich and received the wrong one or there’s no meat on it. Idk what is happening. One order was a Rueben and I received a BLT. Another order was a classic Italian and I got a sandwich with just the condiments. Another order I received was a classic Italian and I got a Rueben. These are all within 3 months. I will not be ordering again. Note that my correct name was on the bag each time. So no error to the delivery drivers.

I was very dissatisfied with my food.I understand that rarely does the food look like the pictures on the board but this was the most gross sense of the phrase, my sandwich was like a miniature and my fries were burnt I definitely wanted my money back.
