1st its been about 10 years since I’ve been to this location. Upon walking into the store the entire store just looked dirty, there was dust all over the vents and it was blowing at the food prep area, the floors where so sticky you could hear your shoes sticking to them. The lady that took my order wasn’t very talkative she took my order and after I paid just walked off, never offered me a receipt. While waiting for my food to be made I observed the guy cooking the food wipe his forehead with his gloves on only to see him change his gloves after about the 5th time of touching his face. Now let’s get to the food. The amount on meat they put on your sandwich is far much less than it used to be. The bread wasn’t even cooked all the way through, it was still dough like in the center. The fries where so greasy and flacid. This location has just completely went downhill. I can honestly say that next time I want penn station I will find a different one. Hopefully the owner sees this and straightens the place up.

Enter 3:44 p.m. 3:59 start making my order, mind you there’s 4 employees, and 4 patrons walked in after me. One girl has braids PAST HER KNEES! 2 other employees are flirting, playing around. 4:10p.m. yes, 26 mins later, I finally received my order was able to leave. ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ why are you there people, work. It doesn’t take 26 mins for 4 people to make a classic Italian sub and reg fries.

Whenever I come here i usually get the philly cheesesteak which is always good and hot and i never have problems with. But it seems like whenever i order anything else besides the philly the sandwich its always poorly made. This time around i came with my mom because we had a buy one get one free coupon and we both got the create your own dagwood. I should’ve known it was a red flag when they young man that took our order didn’t even know what the “Dagwood” was, needless to say we got all the way home and when i opened my sandwich it was not prepared the way i wanted. I had no cheese, none of the condiments i asked for and i literally had no meat on my sandwich. I took the sandwich back up there and they remade it for me after i spoke with 3 different people but my food should’ve been made correctly the first time. I’m 7 months pregnant and it’s such a disappointment when i get all the way home to see my food was not only incorrectly made but cold as ice. This location needs to do better.

Jennifer the OWNER is very rude. I placed an online order to pick up. I was told they had no order for me. I stated to Jennifer that the money came out of my account so when will it be refunded back to my card. She told me that no money was taken out and that she sees nothing in her system and that there is nothing wrong on her end nothing is wrong with her system. I ask how did she know that. How do YOU know there could not have been a technical issue. It processed the payment but it did not process the order. I SHOWED her it came out of my account at her location and the time and date and she stated ”that could be someone else’s bank statement”. She then threatened to call the police on me with my 8 year child standing next to me. My child started crying and said she is scared. Jennifer the OWNER was rude, she never apologized, and was never empathetic. She just IMMEDIATELY assumed I was trying to get free food when I honestly PAID for the food. I’m a nurse I’m blessed I’m in a position that I don’t have to steal anything but I guess because of the color of my skin she assumed I was trying to get free food/money. I will NEVER step foot in any Penn Station ever again. My child is 8 and she even understands and realizes that how we were treated was very rude and mean. I ended up driving down the street to Jimmy Johns where I spent double the money but it is ok because they had great customer service and all of their staff was kind. They even gave my daughter a free cookie.

Ordered online. The fries were subpar compared to what we usually receive when eating at Penn Station. They were soggy, soft, and overall unenjoyable. My turkey sandwich was good, and i recommend the whole grain bread with any sandwich. However, I ordered a bunch of ingredients, including pizza sauce for my husband’s cheesesteak sandwich; and only received two extra ingredient of cheese and mayo. Definitely did not come with pizza sauce. Very disappointed in his order, especially because we usually receive a correct order. I don’t think we’ll be back to this particular location.

I must admit the food was fresh and good. However, the person fixing the food kept sneezing uncovered no mask, no nothing, never cleaned his hands nothing! I didn’t even want to eat the food. The person dressing the sandwich was playing with her phone ear piece and then handling my food. Finally, the person handling the fries was wrapping condiments with saran wrap – and she was wearing gloves, but she used the same gloves to handle my fries.
There’s was so much horrible sanitation that my appetite was ruined. I was terrified to eat it. The worse part is I had been craving a cheesesteak sandwich because we don’t have Penn Station in Arizona. I took one bite and then threw it away because I didn’t want to get sick.

Fries was extremely old and cold the sandwich wasn’t visible Appetizing … I called the store to talk to the manager and all she did was give me attitude. No apologies or nothing this location is very unprofessional and do not take the work serious. The workers and managers there are very incompetent.

Placed an online order showed up to chaos behind the counter. All the employees seemed angry and some were using foul language. After about 5 minutes of standing at the pickup register I was finally greeted and given my sandwich that was sitting on top of an appliance. It was cold and soggy plus I ordered no banana pepper or tomatoes and got extra of both. Pretty disappointing for a $13 sandwich. I am allergic to banana peppers so the sandwich is trash now. Will never return to this location worth the few extra minute drive to go to the Dorsett location
