I grew up in Rochester Hills and Penn Station was a local staple. I’m happy they expanded, but recently, they have really started skimping on the meat in the Philly cheesesteak sub and it seems as though the bread is thicker. It’s not the same 5-star spot it used to be but I hope that changes.

i love the food. i always ordered takeout. i like that they make fresh your fries when u arrive so they’re still hot. my daughter and i come whenever we have time, and now that there’s one in AA where she’s a student (GO BLUE! ) she gets them more often there.

The sub bread isn’t anything like I am used to but that aside they were delish and super fresh. I used online ordering and it was packed and ready to go in time for pickup. I wouldn’t order a hot sub unless planning to eat it right away. The thin bread can’t sustain it. The parking lot isn’t the easiest to enter and exit during busy lil downtown hours. Staff was friendly and the place look clean. Will order again. We were so hungry we didn’t take pics of the subs opened
I can’t give less than 5 stars just because it was different.

So I popped in wanting to order some fries. I had only been here once before and fell in love. Not so much this time. Seems as though I got the bottom of the fry bag and they were cooked a bit longer than they should have been. Great customer service as well as fast!
5.00 fries, I should of got a hot and ready if I wanted bottom of the barrel food

Best sub place in the country honestly. I’ve been going here for years and the food is always high quality and the staff is great.

I placed a catering order for 27 people two hours before it was needed and it was delivered before the time I selected for delivery. Amazing thank you!

If I ever try Penn Station again it will not be at this location. All of the employees here seemed to just not give a flying #^<"* about wanting to actually work there. And the whole set up is just odd, place your order but then go down the line to pay, where there isn't actually anyone there to help you pay. The flavors of the subs were decent, but poorly put together and my sub fell apart in my hand trying to eat it. If I'm going to spend money on a sub or sandwhich I'd rather go to Chadd's Bistro down the way.

I love Penn station, fries are fresh and cooked in peanut oil vs unhealthy low smoke point oils. Friendly staff.
