I have never seen anybody move so slow on my entire life as these employees. They were too busy flirting with each other, playing with their phone and day dreaming to show any sense of urgency. The only positive I can say is the order was right. I paid $14 for a salad that looks like some thing I can buy in a bag from Kroger for five bucks.

Good food, but awful service and awful prices.

I’ve wanted to try Penn Station for quite a while and I took the opportunity to try it today. First thing is the music was on level 11. The young lady who took our order while not rude, certainly appeared bothered by the prospect of doing any work. Now it’s been quite a while since I worked in the food industry, but I’m still pretty certain that you need to have a hair net if you’re going to have braids that go all the way down to your butt. Won’t be coming back here at all.

We have been coming to this Penn Station since it opened. Brie made the two best subs we have ever eaten there. Ever! Carlos is also a class act as well. Kudos to the management there!

Honestly, this just happened. I wasn’t there as a patron but as a delivery driver. And i feel terrible for not getting her name. But I think she was either a supervisor or the manager. But I’d been working all day so very thirsty and exhausted and you made my day very kind and generous. Thank you for the amazing experience. Absolutely worth the shoutout to your store

Good food but far too expensive. Prices were already high but have gone up 20% or so recently.

Love their fries. They have the best just cut hot fries. The fries come with ketchup and malt vinegar upon request..❤️

Food is good. Service was terrible. My order of 1 sandwich and fries took 45 minutes. Kids working there just stand around gabbing instead of working. They also couldn’t keep track of what had been made yet. Atmosphere was bad since there were about 15 people standing around waiting for their orders. I love their Italian sub but won’t be back.

Service was terrible today, ordered a grilled Italian. Took 20 mins to get my food and it wasn’t even busy, not mention I didn’t even get veggies on my sub. Pay nearly $20 for lunch and left extremely disappointed

Place never does me wrong. Great subs, fresh squeezed lemonade, and clean store. Haven’t had a bad sub yet. Had the Chicken Parm this time around.
