The service here is absolutely outstanding. We first called in with questions about my allergies and the lady on the phone was eager to help and we got everything sorted! Came in a little while later and was greeted by Ryan, told him about my allergies and he said no problem. He apologized for the increased wait as he cleaned the grill, the paddles and changed his gloves! Like what?! That’s absolutely so amazing for a person like me with life threatening allergies. Thank you so much Ryan for caring and going above and beyond. We will most definitely be back!

Husband came in at 9:30 after checking and seeing they don’t close until 10pm, walked in was ignored for several minutes before being acknowledged, attempted to order a Philly cheesesteak the gentleman behind the counter was incredibly rude and hostile. He refused to make any hot sandwiches as he just finished cleaning the grill and told him “ I won’t be cleaning it again.” He told my husband he’d make him a cold sandwich but that’s all that he could offer. After working 15 hours of a 12 hour shift all I wanted was a Philly cheesesteak and thanks to the incredibly rude worker he upset my husband who was just trying to look out for me and do something nice, AND put the cherry on top of my horrible night. All I wanted was that sandwich and he had 30 minutes still before closing. Why he cleaned the grill doesn’t make sense to me, and if he did it was him gambling on the chance he wouldn’t have someone come in. As soon as someone did come in, the proper right way to handle that situation would’ve been to accept his fate and make the sandwich. Not become incredibly rude and refuse service. Just ridiculous. Hopefully this will be addressed by management as I will be checking on it. Thanks to everyone except the man who refused to preform his job and supply the one thing I wanted to eat after going a entire day without eating.

Pricey east coast sub. The regular is a decent size and their fries are pretty good. We dined in this time. Why are all the table tops sticky? The restrooms were clean, but the drink station needed a little attention. I’ll go back to try again. The turkey avocado sandwich was tasty. Our group also tried the Italian and had no complaints.
