Penn Station’s always about the same no matter what restaurant I go to. I have noticed their chicken seems to be a lot more grizzly lately when I get the chicken Parm….
And it’s getting kind of expensive too I can’t afford the fries in the drink so I only get the sandwich .
It’s hard to believe they can charge several dollars for like half of a potato …
And everyone knows that in a 24 ounce drink you actually get about 11 ounces of actual soda so charging two dollars or three dollars for a drink is really ridiculous .
I know they have to make money, but what happened to value for me the consumer ?
I have cut back on Penn Station and haven’t went there in six months used to frequent them at least twice a month.
I don’t see any coupons out for them either that would help

Just awful. Didn’t have lettuce, peppers, and sauce that I asked for. NOTHING! Also standing in line even tho they saw me with no one else in the building. My sandwich was just chicken and cheese and onion, nothing else. Super disappointed because my poor sick mom drove me to get this because we both really wanted it. I will never eat here again and I hope others do the same or check their sandwich before they leave. 25$ down the drain for just chicken

Food was good but waited 25 minutes for two Italian subs, the they packaged to go even though we said we were eating there. Business was steady but not what I would consider overly busy. No big deal. Problem was all tables were filthy and never once seen an employee cleaning any tables and we were there an hour. Did see customers ( including ourselves) doing best to clean off tables best they could with napkins so there was a place to sit. Drink machine was out of diet products

This place is ridiculous. Cannot make a sandwich correctly to save their life. The last 5-6 times I’ve been, my sandwich has not been made correctly, not the right size, cold, etc. I kept trying to give them another chance but I’m done with this place.

I’m honestly surprised this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department. I mean this place is beyond scuzzy and gross, you must have to pay extra for a clean table. I joke not with you on this, every single table was covered in filth from just general nastiness to waste left by past customers. Everything is coated in a film in sticky dirt and just pure filth, the floors look as if they’ve never seen a mop and the staph looks as if they’ve never heard of one. The trash cans overflowing onto the floor is also unacceptable! For your health and safety avoid this location.

I want to love this place. I have fond memories here. However after last time I question returning. I was having a hard week & thought I’d cheer myself up with a sandwich since I’d been craving Penn Station. I don’t expect every staff member to be like ‘on’ all the time, but I made a point of being friendly & the attitude I got back made me feel like idk like I was ruining /their/ day. No smiles, no dialog almost at all besides ‘is that it?’, just made me feel awkward. Maybe they were having a hard day too idk but when I did get my meal- my fries looked very bottom-of-barrelly & my sandwich had avocado sauce all over the outside, something I only noticed after having to stuff all the toppings into the bread since it was all hanging half out I remember having such pleasant experiences here before with upbeat staff & food that felt like the person putting it together gave a care. That’s why this is 3 stars instead of 1, because I want to believe it’s a one off. But it’ll be a moment before I’m ready to potentially waste 17$ again.
