First time I’ve ever had a Penn Station and I am unimpressed the fries are all overcooked and yet cold tastes terrible we got half of our food long before we got the other half so half of our party was done eating before the other half even got started they brought food without the sides that were ordered the price is way too high for what showed up at my table. I will never be eating at Penn Station again my first time will be my last time after owners response this is a 1 star

The cooking area and fry area were dirty. Fries and peppers on the floor. I ordered my fries extra hot and I go a few hit fries. The rest were cold. You can tell the business is spiraling down.

This owner seriously needs help. It’s honestly ridiculous and embarrassing for a business owner to talk to customers like that. The real “loser” here isn’t anyone leaving reviews; it’s an owner who spends more time insulting people than managing their own restaurant. Everyone within 20 miles already knows this place is disgusting. Maybe try channeling all that weird, targeted anger into actually cleaning up the flies on the food, treating customers with respect, and training staff to do their job. That would be a much better use of energy than telling people to “cry about it.” What a strange, sad person to be this offended by their regretful business venture.

Food wasn’t like it use to be back when Penn Station first started. Quality has went down hill. Food was hot and to order. The restaurant was fine. But as a company there’s less meat. Thinner sandwiches…higher pricers.just not what I remember

I’ve been to other Penn stations. This one kind of grossed me out. Workers were eating behind the service counter, rubbing their eyes and mouth while taking our order and didn’t wash hands. The one woman even went to put veggies on sandwiches with no gloves until hubby called her out. Service was kind of slow and bathrooms not very clean. Food was just ok compared to other locations. I wouldn’t recommend until some changes are made. Educate staff on clean handling of food, because if they do that in front of people, who knows when they are doing behind the scenes food prep.
