Can we say enough about those fries?! I usually choose the cheesesteak, but hands-down, the fries are the shining star at this place. I also appreciate the quick customer service!

There is nothing better than a chicken teriyaki sub from Penn Station on a Friday for lunch! The chicken teriyaki is my go to and you just can’t beat the fresh cut fries!

Dirty place, young boys with huge hair and no hair nets making your food. A price of trim is falling down in the kitchen and it’s covered in grease. A giant hair is hanging from the ceiling, and the tables are rusty

There are many options available on the menu. The staff is friendly and fast with taking the orders and delivering your food. The restaurant has a tabletop bar with stools and the rest are low-table booths. This store has always been clean when I am there. You can also call your order in and pick it up.

Ordered a large pizza sub with meat, cheese and pizza sauce only. I was given a sub with no ham and they put onions on it for some reason. Unfortunately I placed a to go order and didn’t find out my order was incorrect until I back to work to eat. If I was dining in, they would have had to remake it, but with carryout, I was stuck with a $15 sandwich I couldn’t eat. I even watched them have to remake a sandwich for someone 3 times because they kept getting it wrong. The gentleman was very clear on what he wanted, the employees just weren’t paying attention. After several disappointing experiences, I doubt I will go back.

My first time at Penn Station East Coast Subs, definitely won’t be my last. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot and delicious. I would definitely recommend the pizza sub with mushrooms and onions. Tiara Kinslow has this place wired tight. Hats of to you and Denzel.

As always the fresh cut fries are the best. Our sandwiches were really good we had the pizza sandwich and the chicken parmesan. But the place was rather dirty and the employees were not very attentive or friendly. The soda machine was out of ice and they didn’t know how to fix it. Went to the restroom to wash our hands and the restroom was kind of dirty and the toilet barely wanted to flush. The food’s good but the place could really use some cleaning.

the cashier just doesn’t care at all. Guy with a ton of hair and no net making food. Fry oil was older than fossils and the food itself was so salty I could’ve eaten salt on its own and not tell the difference. The fries were a serious let down. I had four fries before tossing a whole large order in the trash with 3/4 of the sandwich as well.
