Walked in to pickup up mobile order. There was no line of people. 2 members of staff were making sandwiches/fries while the other guy was walking back & forth, baking bread…NOBODY acknowledged me the first 5 minutes I stood there. The girl seemed put out when I told her I was here for a mobile order. It pained her that she was going to have to make my fries. Good service has left the fast food industry.

I recently ate at the New Albany Penn Station for the first time. I got a Philly steak and It tasted pretty gross, the whole grain bead was nasty the cheese looked microwaved it was two pcs of open bead w/a small layer of cheese and steak of both sides the ff were soggy but they tasted ok .

First of all the food tasted pretty good but the small fry was definitely SMALL it looked like a kids fry and it was $3.30 which is absolutely terrible!! My reg sized sandwich was as big around as a hotdog and it was $11.00 so my meal with drink was in at $17.00 for fast food and I was still hungry!

Never going here again. You might as well go to a sit down restaurant for the wait. My sandwich sat on the counter while this girl looked at it several times and did nothing and finally seemed to conclude it was time to put it in a bag and give it to me. Cold sandwich for a 20 minute wait.

Kiera rang in my girlfriend’s sandwich incorrectly today at 12:03 p.m. Was supposed to be a Chicken Teriyaki with no onion, sub mushroom. It came out with extra onion, no mushroom. Not a big deal. We were graceful, polite and understanding. But she seems very flighty and unfocused. My girlfriend had to repeat it three times during the order, and it was still rang up incorrectly. Then my girlfriend found a hair in her replacement sandwich. We were still polite, graceful and understanding about it, but Kiera was literally yelling about having to make the sandwich again, even though she rang up the first sandwich incorrectly. Another female employee told her to make it anyway. All of the other customers heard her yelling about it. She eventually walked the sandwich to the table, dropped it with an intentional thud. She the walked away, and didn’t say a word. No apology is one thing. But she had an attitude about it, as if we inconvenienced her, and we weren’t welcome. Just want to let you know. Because this experience was a stark contrast to how service normally is at this establishment, and I know this experience isn’t a reflection on this establishment.
