The customer service at this location is really bad. We’ve visited here three times, and each visit has felt stressful and brusque. Today we were greeted with, “It’s gonna be a while.” The girl wasn’t making eye contact with me, so I didn’t actually know she was talking to me for several minutes. It felt like we were inconveniencing her by coming in.
Eventually, she yelled to her coworkers to come take my order. The next girl didn’t greet me either, nor did she apologize for my wait. She just started in with, “For here or to go?” Our experience wasn’t unique. As we sat eating our food, everyone else in the line was treated the same way. One man turned around and left after having, “It’s gonna take a while, there are only three of us here” thrown at him.
In all fairness, the third girl in the line was very sweet and was working diligently with a smile on her face. The food was accurate and tasty, but we’ll be choosing the Penn Station off of Illinois Road from now on instead. The workers there are polite and friendly.

So good. First time going today got the turkey and provolone sub on grill, fries and a pack of cookies. The fries are good reminds me of 5 guys fries. the cookies are nice and soft as if they are fresh out of the oven. I don’t think sugar is used for the cookies but the chocolate chunks make up for it. Only thing that could have been better is maybe a few extra slices of meat on the sub other than that it was great. Ordered over the phone lady was nice and helpful

My husband went in and picked up food for our family. Myself, him and our daughter. He gets home and we start eating. I take a couple bites of my sandwich and I notice a long black hair sitting on my fries. (Honestly I’ve worked in a restaurant no big deal I picked it off. Gross but whatever). I keep eating my sandwich and feel something weird in my mouth. ANOTHER long black hair imbedded in my sandwich that I had to PULL PUT OF MY MOUTH. I call and tell them, they remake the whole order, very generous. I get there to pick it up and they say ZERO words to me. I stand there waiting for them to apologize or ask me anything but nothing is said until he hands me the bag and says “have a good night” and turns around and walks away. Again, I’ve worked in a restaurant for a long time and it was almost closing so I know it’s frustrating but I feel like you need to not ignore the customer when they walk in and are standing there for five minutes right in front of you.

Cheese steak is good as always but the fries were to salty for my taste. I think my blood pressure went up eating them. I told the manager who said they salt for love, I think they need to taste them from time to time.

When I came into the store it was completely empty. I told the gentleman behind the counter I had a large order and needed about 14 subs. I believe his name was Aidan Bauer and he claimed to be the manager. He was very condescending and rude, rolling his eyes at me and shrugging his shoulders after asking simply what came on the subs I was ordering. He was not pleasant or helpful by any means and I left without ordering and took my business elsewhere. This man should never mange a restaurant. I was in the industry for 20 years as my nickname is CHEF. Please do better you lost out on a couple hundred dollars and a future customer

Shut down the restaurant 15 mins early and locked the doors, refused to answer the phone. As someone who has been a cook plenty of times, this is insane to have the entire restaurant cleaned, everyone but one person gone, before closing time. Then she stands there and pretends to not see us at the door. Very unprofessional

The manager lady is awesome! Greets me as I walk in the door and remembers my name and order. Very impressed with her customer service skills. Food is always fresh and good.

Very quiet. 3 employees here and only 1 works. The other 2 employees are disgusting…scratching his scalp and face playing with his hair, another guy kept picking his nose. Screwed up our sandwiches. The BOARD OF HEALTH needs to check the Coliseum Penn station out. What happened to wearing hairnet or caps and washing hands before handling food.

The women who tend to be there every time we are there are on it. They keep the food coming and always get a great portion.
