We go to all the Penn Stations around town and love them. Food’s always great. The service is usually great as well. The service in Broad Ripple in particular is always solid for us. We come at lunch or dinner time tho, not late night. Mgmt & staff is always friendly and efficient. Finally, LOVE the chocolate chip cookies!

Me & my friend were coming in after a basketball game across the street at broad ripple high school. While hoping to be greeted by the employees this was not the case. A woman named Jess was very rude & carried a bad attitude. She complained about getting out after 10 & etc. When it was my time to order, she mumbled beneath her breath “she can wait just how she waited to come up here (I had went up to order after looking at the menu)”. However a nice young man Elijah came over to ask if I had been helped & Jess says in a rude tone, “No she hasn’t”. Overall, I was not pleased with my first interaction coming in, however, Elijah did a great job for making up this encounter.

This is a great sub shop. Lots of good choices for sandwiches and at a great price.
I got the Philly and it was great. Lots of meat and the meat was cooked perfectly. Lots of melted Swiss and lots of onions and mushrooms. The mushrooms are very big pieces which is really good and makes the sandwich even better.

They gave me the wrong order. They also added mushrooms to the wrong order that I’m highly allergic to. They also didn’t give me a refund or a credit. I asked for a chicken Philly they gave me a steak Philly.

I just left there 2/11/26 and I stood in line for 15 minutes and the staff basically ignored me so I walked out. They were busy with pickup orders but you can’t ignore carryout and dine-in customers. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Great sandwiches, but this locations lemonade is usually watered down or not fresh, and your fries may or may not be soggy. Love Penn Station, but this location has gone way downhill.

Very poor service my sandwich was made very sloppy and the manager did nothing to help the situation but give me a refund. I waited 15 minutes for my sandwich looked how sloppy it was had to go back there! I will never go back to that location!!! Very poor customer service
