I am gluten-free and had a Philly cheessteak salad, fries, and lemonade. All of the above were excellent. The fries had the right crisp. The lemonade the right tart and sweet combination. The staff is amazing and the place is clean.
My only suggestion is to put the traffic barrier poles outside the building wall for all those Starbucks customers flying through the drive thru nearby.
Otherwise, amazing.

I decided to order from here during my lunch. I ordered 15 minutes prior for ONE SMALL SANDWICH. I go in there and wait another 15 just to be told no one has even made my sandwich. Wasted my entire lunch break. These are the same kind of people who want more hourly, for what??? You are useless. Do better

I got an Italian sub with no cheese or mayo as a wrap because they said their bread might have eggs (I have a dairy and egg allergy) and it was delicious! They were able accommodate me and do no cross contamination with my allergens, so I had no allergic reaction.

Order two cheese steak subs and a large fry. Total was 27 and some change which I was ok with because I love their subs. Get home and a few bites into my sandwich and bite into this PIECE OF WOOD! In my sandwich. Furious to say the least! The store manager was amazing today and super polite and apologetic however the guy that I talked to when I first went in laughed in my face and called me a liar after telling me he was the manager when I asked to speak to her.

My wife and I go to this penn station pretty frequently and every time they get her order wrong. Whatever she reqest they not put on the sandwich, they put it on there. She’s not picky and we don’t like to make a fuss over such small things but our most recent visit was the worst yet. We placed an online order and she requested a grilled Italian without Mayo, Red Onions, and Tomatoes and guess what, they put exactly those things on the sandwich. I drive 15 minutes home before realizing and I’ve had it so I decide to get in my car and drive all the way back so my wife. can have a correct sandwich for once from them. I go in polite yet stern about my request for the correct sandwich as stated on the ticket (which someone obviously didn’t read). They remake the sandwich and everything looks good until I bring the sandwich back home to my wife only to find THEY ADDED THE MAYO AGAIN. Even requested for the second time to make the sandwich correctly they just can’t do it. Is there a deficiency in reading ability or verbal understanding? I don’t get it. Wasn’t even offered a voucher or anything for coming all the way back. Just “sorry” and “have a nice night”

Trust the reviews and not the 4 star rating for this place. The standard of employee work ethic is nothing like it used to be. Poor customer service, poor employee hygiene, poor restaurant housekeeping especially in grill area. Just look at all the bread that is just left out even when they are not busy. And an unseasoned sandwich is the least of their concern. Save your money for jersey mikes or go to another Penn Station restaurant outside of Anderson. Just sad… believe me when I tell you that….

The food was pretty good but atmosphere was less than desirable. After we ordered and sat down, two ladies came in carrying a small dog. This wasn’t a service dog. The manager didn’t say anything. The lady would tell it to get off table when they sat down. When did bringing a pet to eat acceptable?? Disgusting.
