Was here earlier tonight. There were a couple people eating, nobody in line. My wife and I ordered two sandwiches, fries, and lemonade. It took a full 20 minutes to make our order for some reason. The manager was shuffling around with what looked like used toilet paper stuck to his shoe. Food was middle of the road.

In chain locations it’s all about the staff, and this Penn Station has the best staff I could think of. They keep a great energy and good attitude, shout out to my man Chris I always know it’s gonna be a good visit when he’s working.

Whoever the manager is really needs to train the workers on how to acknowledge customers with customer service skills as they have none here. Also train the grill cooks the right amount of meat to put in the sandwiches as every sandwich I order it tastes like bread only. They clearly are giving under the amount as other Penn Stations it’s not like that.

Stood there and not a single person working attempted to acknowledge me but this guy walks in 10 min after I been standing there l, greet him and give his order. After 5 more minutes of not even being acknowledged I asked for a refund and the guy in the maroon shirts ask for my phone number and said I get my refund in a few days. No apology for acting like I wasn’t even in the store.

This is the only penn station I will eat at . Being a recent agm at another location.. this store really knows how to push food through.. friendly , helping, and clean. Everytime we come in here .. greetings everytime! Today i have been checked on by 5 different workers including mangt. when leaving .. thank you have a great day. These days those values are tossed in the dirt but the management team here . Blue ,maroon and red shirts are all professional. Including the workers . Thank you for being a great place to eat.

When we entered every table was dirty. I had to clean off a table to eat at. It took an hour for our sandwiches to get made and we finely got the sandwiches they seemed thrown together and had very little meat on them. Was not impressed this time.
