This place has gone way down in standards. Very unfriendly atmosphere and they actually act like they do not want customers. There was never a hello. They basically yell at you to take an order. I was paying with a credit card and it said to use green button. I said that I did use the green button. She barks back in a very negative tone stating that’s not what it says!!!! Does she realize there are two green buttons!!! I felt as if no one cares and the atmosphere was horrible. This manager is the root cause of the problems. The place was empty and there was no reason for this managets complete ruthless attitude. I paid over 17.00 for a sandwich and fries…. not even a drink. This was the last time I will be at this Penn Station. The lady in red was the rude manager. I did not get her name.

We stopped here for lunch, my husband never has any complaints at this location, but I normally do. Today was the final straw, you all are dead wrong for making my chicken wrap with this old tortilla after having me wait forever. My wrap was not edible at all. Every part of the wrap was hard &’it had no sauce. Do better with the wraps like you do sandwiches. And because it was so busy (which wasn’t a real issue for me), I didn’t even have the energy to take it back up there. **Also please be clear, this wrap was never bit into, it literally crumbled apart when I unwrapped it. It was cut in half and that made it look like bite marks.

The person that took my order doesn’t listen very well and was continuous and the manager is wasn’t friendly either! I understand that it’s high stress but you have to maintain professionalism and got my name wrong after I said it three times and got my sandwich wrong ‍♂️

Ordered online and it says my food was ready to pick up. I go in to get it and it isn’t ready. In fact, I waited a half an hour to get my one sandwich. People came in after I did, placed their order, and still got their food before I did. This is my first and last time going to that location.

Placed an online order. Drove 20 minutes home to find my sub had zero toppings. I requested no mustard but my sub was made up of only meat and bread and nothing else. My husband’s sub had barely any meat. Not worth it considering we spent almost $34. I called to complain and the woman who answered the phone asked if we would come back with the food and I said no, that I wasn’t driving 20 minutes back there. She said “ok….is that all?” Obviously she wasn’t planning to make things right. I had to ask her if they would replace my sub and only then did she agree to fix it. We can eat elsewhere for much cheaper with better quality food and customer service.
