My husband’s sandwich was burnt and bitter. I Ordered a sandwich that was made completely wrong. I called and the manager said bring it back & they will replace it for me.. okay typical… easy enough. Not today apparently. Instead, my husband goes in to get it remade and the staff- including the manager, argued with my husband about how they didn’t mess up even though it was completely evident it was wrong when compared to the ticket. No apology, no concern, complete disregard. And they remade the food with spite and loaded it with so much mayo that I couldn’t even eat the remake- the bag and wrapper was soaked and dripping and the bread was soggy. This has been my comfort restaurant since I was a little kid so I know what the food is supposed to taste and look like and this is the worst visit I’ve ever had. Staff could benefit from retraining or some lessons on common courtesy. We definitely wasted $45 dollars tonight.

We went here during the recent snow storm. We walked in weren’t greeted a couple mins pasted and a guy finally told us they were closed due to the storm..We stayed but the door was open and online still said open until 10pm.. they then let us know that the owner told them to close early at 8pm. It was around 8:05-8:10 when we walked into the building. There were 5 employees present. One whom had food that looked to be recently cooked. However, they weren’t able to service us at all. We walked out in which they then had the employee with the meal finally lock the door. Crazy thing is this location is perfectly across form/ near hotels so needing something quick and easy due to the store would have been great. My opinion the owner wasted money keeping this location open all day anyway. The storm started at 11am.. so why not service some customers to make the day worth the while.. terrible service honestly. Not the impression we wanted at all. Other locations have definitely serviced us better.

I’ma be fr, I’ve never written a bad review. I try to support business’s as well as I can, but this was kinda weird.
Tbh the food was good, got the BLT and really there was no complaints. And I understand it’s late, you want to be home, you may not like your co workers. But telling a costumer your coworker was about to “catch them hands” is jus weird. I don’t write reviews often, but this was worth the 3 min of my time.

Me and my dog TJ had to stop at our favorite restaurant today. He always bugs me on the way home while I’m eating wanting his share of the Philly Cheese sandwich. As you can tell in the pictures he likes it alot. At the end when he’s done he always looks his lips and then he smiles at me to say thank you. As you can see in the picture he likes the meat and cheese a lot better than the bread.

I Love Penn Station! I recommend anyone who loves this kind of subs. Fresh baked buns, freshly squeezed lemon aid, freshly cut toppings, and always freshly cooked meats. Always clean, always great customer service and most importantly great food! All workers have a warm smile and something nice to say when they approach you to take your order. They try to make sure they have the order clear so you get what you ordered and exactly how you wanted it. Always fast service.

2 sandwiches, fries and drink $34 is a bit steep. Chicken Teriyaki was overly seasoned with a weird taste to it. Italian sub was ok but definitely lacking on the meat. Fries are pretty good though.

I stopped in at 1:30 hoping to miss the lunch rush. It took 25 minutes for two sandwiches takeout. One sandwich was correct and delicious. One sandwich had incorrect toppings, and was a size too big. Tasted ok but I don’t like onions

Advice: Avoid mealtime if you are in a hurry.

Called and called and called to place a pick up order, no answer .. pulled up to the window and told them I’ve been trying to place a pick up order with no answer, the girl at the window said “so do you want to order and stay in your car” I said “yes” she said “ok call the store and I’ll take your order” remind you I’m still at the window, she could have easily taken my order at the window .. she had air pods in and was very rude, with a bad attitude .. didn’t get a name, didn’t want to ask

Pretty tasty reasonably fast service. There’s a variety of options whether you prefer hot or cold subs. I wouldn’t mind going back to explore more of their menu.

By time you get the food it’s hard to tell if it was good. At this points my fault I just can’t come back. Takes a half hour to get anything even when you order ahead. Half the food is cold have is hot. Not worth the hassle. Wanted a refund after waiting 45 minutes and that didn’t happen. Just my fault I guess for being a paying customer.
