My mom and I went here a few days ago and I came back today, and both experiences were A+

Lily was there bow times we came in and she remembered my name the second time.

The rest of the staff were completely different from both experiences, but both outcomes were top-tier.

It seems like a well-oiled machine, and every bite was just as good as the first.

Honestly, really impressed with the consistency of the quality and the top tier service provided by these workers.

I love that whenever you order a small fry you get a giant mountain of fries.

I will be a regular at this specific location meow.

This has always been my go to store, after 4 months of being dairy free because my breastfed baby has a dairy allergy I did extensive research and realized I can eat here as long as I get NO CHEESE. I order online and pick up. I was eating driving home because I have a sick screaming baby and 3/4 through my grilled Italian sub I realize there is CHEESE. Im SO upset because I can no longer breastfeed my breastfed baby for a minimum of 3 weeks or she will get incredibly sick! I called the store and spoke with a manager and although she was nice I was offered COUPONS. Coupons does not even cover the sickness Im gonna experience after not having dairy in 4 months and the fact I cannot breastfeed my child or she will end up incredibly sick and have to give her hypoallergenic formula that is $45 a can, all because someone didnt pay attention while doing their job.

Im severely let down and will not be returning as a customer.

we got our food pretty quick. We don’t have much wait. Their Italian sub tastes really good and can’t really beat their fresh cut fries and the fresh squezzed lemonade. Plus those chocolate cookies are to die for!

It’s been awhile since I traveled to the station. Wasn’t pleased with the new mega cheesesteak. Sandwich was greasy and salty. Not sure if it was the pepperoni. Customer services was good and didn’t take a long time to receive order.

When it comes to eating out, there’s not much worse than wanting your food prepared a particular way then realizing AFTER you’ve gotten home that it’s not correct!! That was my realization today, even though the order ticket was correct attached to my sandwich was correct–so much for double-checking before sending it out! There was quite a discussion going on at the grill station and the prep station but it did not involve checking the order for correctness. I have pretty much slowed down my eating out mainly because of errors when my food is prepped but just needed a cheesesteak tonight and it just didn’t hit the spot.

Worst customer service of any Penn Station I have ever been to. If you don’t want customers to ask for refills maybe the service should be quicker, and only giving dine in customers refills is a disservice to other Penn Stations that do give refills to ALL paying customers. The locals that have to deal with this is crazy..i was just passing through, but it’s she too day off i ever come back this way.. my dollars will go elsewhere.

This penn station ROUTINELY messes up our food, forgets sides, etc.

I’ve actually worked at a Penn Station, so typically I am patient and understanding.

This evening we placed an order for 4 sandwiches; 3 steak and 1 chicken cordon bleu. I asked for an addition of red onions and steak spice to my sandwich, which is a very basic and easy addition. I also asked for a lighter amount of ham.

We get the food home about 8:20, and open up the sandwiches. The chicken cordon bleu had seemingly EXTRA ham, and absolutely zero vegetables.

Now, I know how the sandwiches are dressed. After it comes out of the conveyor, they’re dressed with the vegetables, wrapped and put in the bag.

So these people deliberately IGNORED the instructions on the tag. Twice. Both on the grill and on the vegetable side.

This is a very expensive sandwich, and while that’s irritating, it can be fixed.

So we call, it’s 8:25.

No answer. Call again, no answer. Now it’s too late to drive back because they’re closing.

Don’t come to this location, honestly. Constantly messed up orders, rude and inattentive staff and closing early/avoiding the phone because they know that they can get away with it.

The staff was amazing in all aspects of customer service. Felt like we were at a restaurant! Food served to the table, multiple checks to see how our food was, and even free cookies offered not once, but TWICE! The manager was interactive and attentive, leading the crew like a captain leads their cadets. Clean bathrooms and dining area. Not to mention the portion sizes were ACTUALLY THE SIZE YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU ORDER A LARGE FRY!! Will not be going to any other location from now on.
