I would say this was my favorite location until about 30 minutes ago! Which I’m a regular on the weekly stopping in to order before I head to work. I just received the worse possible customer service from John the cook that I think I ever have had anywhere. He actually wanted to turn around and verbally attack me like I was the problem and had been hounding him the whole time I was in there waiting on my order. This was not the case at all. Pretty simple order which when you buy 2 sandwiches that cost you$35 you definitely want them made the way you asked. I asked for simple extra meat extra cheese and extra steak seasoning which i paid for and didn’t get. Didn’t get the seasoning hardly at all which I stood up there watching him make it. All I asked is for more on it when it was going through or after the oven.. he ignored me and then I asked the young girl to add more he then basically told her no he already did. Wouldn’t the easy thing to do is just sprinkle more seasoning on the 2 sandwiches – no. They sat there ignoring me and helping 2 others after me then he turned around and went off on me saying I was hounding him. Insane. Pull the video please! I don’t know what his problem was today but I don’t think I will be back and I recommend if you want what u ordered along with good friendly customer service I would not go to this location ever!!!

I came to love Penn station subs but in this location I’ve been trying them out for a bit already but I’m not liking the service. I tried calling to complain about my orders made online but the phone appears to be unlocked properly or something. My call doesn’t seem to go through so I see my self forced to leave a bad review. I had called ahead of time so they can run through the oven my orders and they never did so when I began to eat with my family the subs. They also gave me 3subs instead of 4 that I ordered. They also missed on making one sub with everything it’s suppose to come with. I’m thinking on taking my business to another location better because this one is really not working for our business. I don’t recomend this location at all.

I placed an online order. They claim they never received the order and when they started to make the order they were out of all the items needed. I gave them my information to get a refund because they needed a regional manager. I spoke to the higher up manager multiple times and still no refund. I won’t return.

This was possibly the best Penn Station I have eaten in. Got my food fast, at NOON! Steak and cheese with fries was excellent. Service was great. They even took my tray away before I could walk it to the trash. Thanks!

The tables were dirty, the floor was gritty. I placed a call in order at 8:05pm and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. They didn’t make my food until I arrived at the restaurant which was the time it was supposed to be ready for pickup.

Worst customer service ever. Place a pick up order with doordash while we were in church. Store is closed I guess due to call offs but they accepted the doordash order anyway. Came to get my food to find the doors locked and there are three workers in there one of which is the owner Andre powell. My sister also wanted to play some order but they refused. They did end up making my food since I had already been paid for but my sister had to go to another location off of East Temple road. The owner was Extremely rude hanging up the phone on us and then eventually took the phone off the hook so that door dash could not even get a hold of them. I will never order from this location again and I will be calling corporate office and filing a complaint. Fries were raw also.

I went in yesterday and there was just one gentleman working. He took your order, he cooked the food, he prepped the order, bagged it up and rang you out. This gentleman I believe has cerebal palsy. I so respect his fortitude, drive and committment to work. He was treated unfairly by staff who was suppose to work with him and the owner by him being in there completly alone. He deserves a raise and i’m not talking about pennies and cents either. I will NEVER return to this location until it happens and you get more staffing. The place was dirty, floors sticky but us customers who stayed was truly there for the disabled gentleman who did it ALL by himself. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER! Penn Station Corp if you’re reading this its time to revamp or close.

I had a doordash order today and I order two Philly cheese steaks. The food was good like always they were just made wrong. One was missing banana peppers and mushrooms and the other one was missing banana peppers. Other than that it was really good just need to pay a little more attention to what is wanted on the sandwich.

I have ordered a Chicken Philly sub. The taste was all good but the bread, the baguette they used was not baked enough, the overall quality was there except for this and the French fries were ok but too small cut and some very cooked as they’re so skinny. Again overall a pleasant experience here.
