I had gave this location 4 stars before, but today I had a bad experience. It was a young girl working there with piercings and she didn’t have to good of a attitude, plus what disappointmented me the most was my large sub philly cheese steak, barely had any meat in it, it was mostly banana peppers and pickles with mayo, the meat was missing in parts of my sub, I got my son a small sub and meat was missing out of his too, I probably won’t visit this location again. I do not like to spend my money and do not get what I’m supposed to get. I have gestational diabetes and I needed the protein, she made me feel like she ain’t like me for whatever reason. I spent $22.00

Walked into this location at 6 pm on a Sunday. Zero customers there. The girl at the register seemed put out to have to actually wait on someone. A couple came in behind me & she told them that there was no dining in bc it was near closing time (proceeded to confirm that they closed at 8 pm, 2 hours from that time). Couple was upset & left without ordering anything. Completely unacceptable to retain such a lazy employee. I won’t be back.

The young lady Aaliyah made my order wrong. I tried to call back to inform her it was made incorrectly and she wouldn’t answer the phone. I pull up to the empty restaurant and I walked in and let her know my order was made incorrectly. She stated “I read your order back to you” I stated what I ordered and let her know I had a witness to what I orders and she said I’ll make it over. I requested pizza sauce on the sandwich and she neglected to do that with me standing right there. I took the sandwich to my child who was waiting on the sandwich and she showed me no pizza sauce was on the sandwich. I went back in and requested she add the pizza sauce to the sandwich and she handed me a cup of pizza sauce like it was my job to fix the sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here while she is working. She’s young and her attitude abs demeanor for her screw up was terrible. Never again would I go here.

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of having Dan take care of us today. He’s running the store alone and still provides the best customer service. This man needs to be handsomely rewarded for his work. My food was hot and delicious. Thank you Dan, Because if you this is the ONLY penn station ill be eating at in cincinnati.

Carlos and Morgan make a great team !! They work well together , they greeted in a timely manner made our food on time and there kindness just earned my heart. The place was clean including the bathrooms I felt as if I was receiving fresh food with friendly service. Carlos said he makes the best lemonade and he was RIGHT!!!!! Our sandwiches were juicy , hot, and soaking with yumminess!!! I would need the two of them making my food every time I go in. You have to come here I guarantee you’ll be satisfied and more!! All penn station sandwiches taste different , but I can make this location our new home please try and leave a comment under my review!! They over exceeded my expectations

The employees working on 9/25/25 at 7:45 PM are absolutely terrible. They were bs-ing around moving as slow as possible. Waited 30 minutes for two sandwich’s and fries. Only one customer was ahead of us. Hire better people.

Penny, Q, Micah and Dan really made my visit worth the 15 year wait. Traveled all the way from Dallas, Texas to relive my childhood favorite sandwich shop. The team did not disappoint! Keep giving amazing customer service! Ya’ll definitely have the Texas southern hospitality!

All of the staff were very friendly even with a morning rush as soon as the store opened. I placed an online order prior to the store opened it was ready for me as soon as I walked in and all food was made correctly. This is a great store.
