Review:
I recently visited Penn Station, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The food I received was awful—completely unacceptable. The fries were old and even appeared to be molded, the steak tasted old and unseasoned, and the sandwich was noticeably smaller than it typically is. It was clear the order was rushed and lacked the quality I’ve come to expect from Penn Station.
To make matters worse, I did not receive the complimentary sandwich offered as part of the Bengals rewards program after their win. This entire experience was unacceptable, and I’m extremely dissatisfied.
I would like either a refund or a freshly made order that is prepared correctly. This visit did not meet even the basic standards of quality, and I hope management will take action to prevent similar issues in the future.

I ordered the grilled Italian. I always get the same thing every time I go to any penn station. I said no TOMATOS. And it looks like they added MAYO and I did not want MAYO

The Main Street store in downtown Cincinnati ROCKS !! My subs are always full of meat – seems like extra but I don’t order extra. As per my pics below, there’s even meat in my last few bites!! This is my favorite location for sure !! Parking is tough but I pull around the corner onto 7th & park – occasionally with flashers on, if no legit spot. Recommend to call in your order because of Parking dilemma. Enjoy ❣️

Horrible experience. 40 minutes for an online order made 30 minutes in advance. Food was ice cold, not full portions, and barely edible. I’m sure the fries were old reused fries. Disgusting and a waste of money. Should have all new management.

I ordered two large cheesesteaks, one of them with everything with pizza sauce and spicy brown. When my boyfriend bit into the sandwich, he didn’t taste the sauces and when he opened it, there’s was no pizza sauce or brown mustard. This location is usually very good with directions but I was not happy.

ordered on doordash twice, first time i ordered i ordered a large fry, with my sandwiches, i got a small fry. The second time i ordered i reordered my large fry since i didn’t get it, and i got someone else’s doordash order and my names nowhere near the women’s name on the order so idk how you guys even mixed em up. I would show pictures of the first orders mistakes but i didn’t save em, i did make a review on doordash tho, and i also contacted doordash about the issue.

Everytime I go to a Penn Station, I get the most amazing service and the best quality meal. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this location. My cheesesteak was overcooked and tasted funny, the service was rather rude, and the atmosphere felt really overwhelming and negative. In fact, while I was dining with my father, one of the employees were yelling at their manager and calling him rude names. In front of customers. This was quite shocking and made me lose my appetite even more than I already have. I’m autistic, and the meal I ordered is something I very frequently get as a “comfort food”, but the experience made me very uncomfortable to the point I threw out my meal and left immediately. The fries were the only adequate item I ate.

The last two times I went there I ask for fries with no salt. I asked both guys is there any salt on them and both times they told me no after I watched them put salt on the fries. Today (March 20th 7:00 PM) (Downtown 7th and main) the guy says there is no salt on them. When I tasted one and told him there was salt on them he said no there isn’t they were in the same container, I said I watched you put salt on the fries and give them to the guy ahead of me, he apologized when I caught him in the lie. Since he removed the top layer I figured maybe there is just a few salt particles since these were on the bottom. I got back to my vehicle and couldn’t even enjoy them it tasted like there was extra salt on them. Even if I hadn’t asked for no salt they were still too salty for the average person. I brought them back. He argued with me like he was in the right. What he should have did was apologize and make them over when I first brought it to his attention. Why argue about something that is your fault when you could have easily made them over. Plus he lied to my face. His co-worker stepped in and remade them for me. Hire people that care about customer service, not necessarily above and beyond, just normal good service. Now my new order of fries are cold and soggy and not edible because of writing this. Can’t win for losing.
