Ordered take out and the order was wrong. Called them to let them know and they said they’d send me a coupon in the mail for a small sub, I explained that wasn’t going to benefit me. They said unless I came up to return it that’s all they could do. I got out of bed after a long day at work and headed back and I was only compensated by them replacing the incorrect food with the correct food they didn’t give me a bigger size or a coupon on top, not even a cookie. Manager wasn’t helpful. I feel when there is a mistake. There should be compensation for the hassle. Will not be returning. Send near $20 for a small sub and French fry… a joke.

I come here like once every few months. First off. This location is dirty. Tables are trashed. 6 people behind the counter and no one can wipe the tables off? Or pickup trash all over the floor?
Don’t get me wrong I still love Penn Station. But come on.
I ordered bacon on my sandwich. Did you guys like change “thick smoked cut bacon” this stuff was burnt to a crisp and it for sure was not thick!
$19 for bread with cheese ham and “bacon”.
Please do better Milford location. I don’t feel like driving to Loveland or Eastgate. But at this point I will.

Been here about 5 times in the last few months. The sandwiches are always slapped together with no care, and overly greasy. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Jersey mikes and pay less for a better product.

It was fast friendly and correct ! The online amount was slightly cheaper than in store but other than that I definitely I’ll be a returning customer. I got the ghost pepper Philly cheese and boy does it bring the HEAT! It is not for chumps. I’m satisfied and full, staff was nice as well.

Tables dirty, floors dirty, around 5 employees on the clock and nothing is getting cleaned? the “manager” said they can’t do mushrooms on half of my large sandwich when I’ve been getting it like that for quite some time, so when I get my order I get half of a 2 oz portion cup of mushrooms for half of a large? My sandwich was made at the same time as a regular and the exact same black bowl got filled up with steak for the regular and my large. My Philly was majority onions. (Also as a fellow chef in the industry I watched multiple health code violations, no gloves, cross contamination before my order) I have always loved Penn Station but I’m not gonna lie the Mulberry location is terrible.

Anyone that has ever been to Penn Station knows the food is good. This location has the hardest working staff that are always helpful and friendly.

The store itself was literally disgusting, the sandwiches that we ordered were like Almost as if they were rationing the meat trying to make some extra money or something IDK. Honestly, this is the worst Penn Station that I’ve ever been to and I would drive a couple exits in any direction to just go to a different one or better yet just eat Jersey Mikes. This is bad for the brand bc I usually like this place but I refuse to eat at this location ever again. Yall have been warned. Thanks.

Penn Station East Coast Subs in Mulberry Square Shopping Center completely won me over this trip. I will admit I have been trying the local competition here lately which wasn’t bad in their own rights, however there is just something about the flavor of these subs that only P.S. can bring to the palate! Don’t forget to grab an order of fries and that freshly squeezed lemonade while here either. All of which are unique to P.S., added with the staff and service you’re going to receive makes the choice pretty obvious that these guys take the Trophy for first place!
Thanks for everything
