Let me start off by saying the food was pretty good. However, it is so not worth the service you have to deal with here. We dined in with our son. Sandwiches were labeled 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and 3 of 3 but somehow they were brought out 1 at a time within 35 minutes of each other. We had finished our sandwiches when I went to the counter to check on my son’s and it was just being put on the grill. There were no less than 15 people standing inside waiting on their take out orders for 30+ minutes. I spoke to the manager by phone the following Monday. She had a laundry list of excuses for the chaos ranging from new employees to she “has 5 kids and needed a night off to spend with them”. She told me this was the norm for this restaurant (even though I’ve been going there forever on Friday nights before I go Krogering and it’s never been so bad. They tell people coming in the door there will be at least a 45 minute wait on their food, simply because they prioritize web orders above in store customers). She completely dismissed my complaint and when I told her we would find another place to eat on Friday nights she told me ok have a nice day. I love Penn Station but this location is a circus that should be avoided.

I used to love this Penn Station. But I went to order food today and the lady there named D is a newer employee I have never seen her before is a very rude employee and she is definitely on some kind of substance and it’s disgusting that they will even hire employees that act like this. She was very rude to the other employee who was very kind to me I tipped her 5 dollars if I had more I would’ve gave it to her because she did not deserve to be treated that way. Businesses need to do better and stop hiring people who are not capable of coming to work sober and giving good customer service. I’m sorry to say this but Penn Station just lost my business!

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the lady standing there on her phone just ignored me somebody behind her had to say her name for her to help me it was the lady in the red shirt I think it was the manager cuz she’s the one that told people to go home and then everybody got their order before me that ordered after me. To the owner!!! Look how many good reviews have been sent in the last six months! What changed around that time???

Ordered online, got to store, stood at counter for 15 minutes while 5 employees looked at me and didn’t help.
A female walks in, they immediately get and help her, I made remark, so nothing, a door dasher comes in, immediately asked if they could help them.
Another female walks in and immediately asked and taken care of.
I had to loudly ask for help.
Had been there 20 minutes, finally they get my food, which had been sitting on oven, dine since before I got there then they said if have to wait for the fries.
Every sub was soggy and so were the fries.
The one guy with a long string beard in a rubber band, comes out and cracks the radio up very loud.
My very first time there, will NEVER go back.
Guess I have the wrong anatomy

My food never arrived to me. When I asked where my food was an employee informed me a “Mexican woman” from Door Dash had picked it up to deliver earlier. I asked the manager for my food or a refund. He informed me I had to contact Door Dash. I contacted Door Dash who told me they were contacting that Penn Station and the owners of that Penn Station would contact me to resolve the issue. That Penn Stations owner is now ghosting me.

won’t be coming here again. The employee preparing the sandwiches wasn’t wearing gloves and placing topping on sandwiches with bare hands while everyone else in the prep line did have gloves on. She would run to the back then come back and continue to touch food with bare hands she even collected dirty trays off the trash cans then proceeded to touch fresh baked bread. No thanks!

Terrible place. They can’t get an order right to save their jobs. Manager told a customer off, customer did nothing wrong. Avoid this place at all costs. My sandwich was not in the bag, my daughter’s sandwich was made wrong because they probably can’t read. I live a mile away and while Penn station has great subs, their employees are garbage at this location. They can’t make a PBJ correct. No wonder people are stopping eating out because of trash businesses like this. Close it up!

Went in to pickup an online order at the time it said it would be ready…probably 9 employees working and not a single one even said hi or acknowledged me. I stood at the register for quite a few minutes and a male employee just looked at me, so I said hi and didn’t even get a response back. The same employee finally asked for my name and then just turned around and didn’t even say anything, so I figured that meant it wasn’t ready and just went and took a seat. I waited 15 mins past when it was supposed to be ready (which I don’t mind the wait, but at least acknowledge that I exist being that I’m paying for your food). Bread was like it wasn’t even cooked and the amount of fries we got was pathetic considering how outrageously priced they are. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.

I ordered extra crispy fries with my order, they brought out my sons order as we sat down pretty much & because I had to take a call outside, of course I did not hear my name called 4x he claims he did & then I asked if they were extra & they claimed they were, which they were NOT & I was talking to my son & stated that I paid $25 for our food & it should be as I ordered & then that same guy started yelling from behind counter claiming he did yell my name & actually told me to leave several times b4 he called the police, at which time I stated I would leave after I finished my food & the lady with no teeth also told me to leave & for the guy to go ahead and call police. At which time I asked her for a bag so I could take my food (that i’ve only taken one bite out of) & when she brought me a bag to our table she told me to never come back there again. & believe me I will NOT. they don’t even get my pick up orders correct.
