I’ve ordered the wrap so many times at different locations. This is what they gave me at this location… basically a Crunchwrap from Taco Bell. Our large fry was not full. And after ordering online we had to wait an additional 20 minutes after our pick up time. Won’t come back to this location.

This place isn’t going downhill, it’s already down to the bottom.
First of all the place hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in awhile, floors were sticky and walls are are dirty. While waiting to order the cook/cashier was more concerned about her personal phone call than making sure orders were being fulfilled quickly. We waited at least 30 minutes for our to go order. The subs weren’t bad but not the best I’ve had from this Penn Station, we ordered medium fries but got a small. I don’t recommend going here anymore until management can actually properly manage this place.

Do you see the hair? There was a hair in my sandwich and it took over 5 calls to get someone to answer at the store. I recached out through email like the website says and only received delivery status failures. They couldn’t refund me because i ordered online. probably best to just skip. (they also skimped us on our overly greasy fries)

This place is absolute trash. Walked in at 8pm when they close at 830 but they refused to take our order. Place was disgusting filthy. Employee was cussing us out. Manager banned us because we “stressed the grill girl out” by taking pictures of the filth. 100% don’t care if they offer me free food for a year there’s zero chance I’ll ever go back to this nasty place. I watched as they turned away 8 other customers. Guess whoever pays the bills in this place don’t need the sales and is ok with their manager and crew members treating their customers horribly. The girl was even bricking the grill while the food that was on it was burning. That’s some serious food safety going on there lol As a Gm of a restaurant myself they wouldn’t be working for me after tonight. Hope that oven looks good and it’s worth it to you…..

Would not recommend this place. I will go out of my way from now on. My daughter in law ordered online and it was supposed to be ready by a certain time. I waited an extra 20 minutes before I asked when my order was done. The manager than treated me like a 2 year old telling me to calm it down that they got busy. I than asked her for her name she than turns her back at me and ignored me. I didn’t have an attitude towards them. I shouldn’t have been treated like that.

Food was tasty, I’ve eaten there three times in the last two weeks, each time the staff has been awesome! Would have gave a five, btw that’s a soft 4 because of the ridiculous problem with the flies each time I’ve been there, can’t blame that on the staff!

First time visiting Penn Station East Coast and it was fantastic!! The turkey, bacon ranch sandwich was delicious!! I highly recommend this place for a great meal. You even get a cookie with the meal you order.
