went in 30 minutes before close, the blonde girl working with another person who had short black hair (had no problem with them) but the blonde was extremely rude. she claimed they closed in 10 minutes when i had checked google for the hours and the door before i walked in. i know it was close to closing time but the service i was given was incredibly unprofessional. refused to answer questions, rushed the entire time i was trying to talk and pretty much threw my food at me at the end. i would not go back.

Friendly staff for the most part. Food is always ready when we get there and they even wait till we arrive to make our fries fresh. Only gave a 3 on atmosphere because the diningroom isn’t the cleanest and the floors are always greasy.

I had just finished up a busy morning and was famished. Found a Penn Station nearby and ordered the Classic Italian special. It was the best one I’ve ever had. Loaded up with all the veggies and meats. The cook outdid herself, and the fresh made lemonade topped it off.

Depending on how busy they are ALL Penn Stations can go from fair to really horrible. That may depend on location too.

Yesterday I ordered a Dagwood east coast style. That’s all I ever order from Penn Station for myself. They rang up my order wrong & refused to fix it. I called the store twice & was hung up on twice once supposedly by the manager who was very rude. He did offer to give me 10% off my next order if I had my receipt. I wanted my order corrected not something in a few weeks. I don’t go to Penn Station but once every month or so. I’m really pretty disgusted over this. I’m diabetic too. I had to eat some of the sandwich because I took my insulin. I told them this too. I guess it’s just a sign of the times. Extra lousy attention to detail as well as lousy customer service. I am not sure if I will ever go back to any Penn Station for their seriously overpriced products!!

This location is hit or miss! When it’s good, it’s GOOD but when it’s bad it’s definitely BAD. To the point even a remade sandwich is way off. I would assume it’s different crews who are ran differently based off the drastic difference, but who knows.

Is this a joke? Most of my fries were shredded and the toppings on my sub were piled in one spot. Is this how Penn station is training their employees to make subs now? You really can’t find good food service and quality anywhere these days and it’s really unfortunate but this is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Food is good, but wow are the employees rude. I saw no smiles, and they all looked at me like I had a third eye. Ran by rude teenagers that have terrible customer service. When I walked in, they all stared at me while they helped other drive through or online orders. It’s just sad to see this place going downhill.

My experience here was absolutely horrible i got a sandwich with multiple strands of hair like someone scratched they head while they made my food i got food poisoning for days after that couldn’t eat or anything extremely pissed off and will never be back.
