Called in a to go order and arrived 8 minutes later, waited almost 15 minutes just to be helped and cash out while 5 other groups ordered food at the front. Finally get helped, wait another 10 minutes and watch everyone that ordered well after me get their food. So I had to ask for help to check on my food which was sitting there the entire time.. I mentioned that my food was cold as I’m holding it in my hand and a worker said “it’s not cold man it can sit there up to an hour warm”….. are you serious? Do better Penn station.

Pain station is fire! The food is reasonably priced and the portions are hefty. I always get the Philly cheese steak and it is dank! The fries are always on point and they have fresh lemonade too.

On my fourth consecutive visit, I got a cheesesteak with an extremely tiny serving of steak. What really bothered me was that I noticed the line cooks make an exact same order before mine that was loaded to the top with steak, but mine was all bread with chunks of steak here and there.
This time I took a picture too. I don’t know what’s the exact reason, but I was too polite to make a scene. Never visiting this branch again.

No star from me, fries were re-fried, burnt and super oily. No customers in the store, clearly he had these left over and popped them back in the grease. The sandwich was lacking in ingredients as well, mostly just bread. Poorly prepared order, disappointed.

I tried to place an order online and pay(cash) when I picked it up. Wouldn’t let me but I understand the reasoning by that and wasn’t an issue for me to drive up. My order was 7 sandwiches(1 large, 4 regular and 2 smalls) and 2 large fries. Totalling just over $82. So the girl who rang me up was as nice as could be. My problem lies with the blonde guy in the red shirt that was on the grill. He took the order off his printer and turned around and gave me a dirty look then rolled his eyes at me. He then went over to the other guy in red shirt on the grill and said something about me because he turned around and looked at me. They handled the order just fine but that little act has just drove away a customer that at minimum eats there twice a week at $80 – $100 a visit. It’s a shame because we live in the neighborhood right behind you and it’s very convenient to get delicious food. This order tasted great but his actions left a bitter taste in my mouth
