Absolutely wonderful place! This is the first time I came in, and was greeted and helped upon entering. Ordered online, and when I came in, my food was ready within minutes and the employees are very cheery and considerate! They seem friendly with one another, and that friendliness reaches to the customer as well. The energy is great! There’s radio and a small television inside that can provide some entertainment. They make their fries fresh from the potato, and their lemonade is truly fresh as well! There’s transparency as you can see how they prepare the food. Upon asking whether or not we may actually be able to dine in instead, they happily agreed and even asked if we’d like trays, and made sure to ask plenty of questions like if we needed any condiments. Felt very cared for as a customer! The lady struck up some lighthearted conversation in the couple minutes as our food was being made about the establishment hats. Very enjoyable experience, will be back again 🙂

The food was great, no problems there minus the raw cookies.
However the general manager and staff of 2 females talking in depth about another employees illness and lack of insurance was BEYOND a violation of HIPPA and rather toxic…..then the district manager walks in. Order take out!
OH and how dare I forget the 5 boxes of potatoes sitting on the floor without a stand or cart under them…..RIGHT NEXT TO THE BATHROOMS!! That’s all…..

Roger was amazing—he was very welcoming from the start and helped me order subs for both my six- and three-year-old. He even let the cooks on the line know to cut my kids’ subs in half. Unfortunately, that step was forgotten, and I also believe oregano was added even though I requested it be left out. My children mentioned that the subs were spicy, and when I tasted them myself, I agreed. I also overheard a girl on the line comment that they would probably have to remake the subs.
Once I received my food, I asked Roger if he could cut the subs in half, which he immediately did. At that point, the woman on the line began loudly giving him grief, saying there was no way she could remember to cut subs in half with so many orders going out. She continued speaking very loudly, and later did it again, drawing attention from not only me but other diners as well. It was extremely unprofessional.
Roger truly deserves recognition for going above and beyond. There were several customers after me, and he treated every single one of them exceptionally well.

I went with a friend on the early side of lunchtime on a weekday. There weren’t any clean tables. One employee behind the counter kept yelling loudly at other employees. Not in an angry way but it was very distracting. There was a sweet lady walking around asking if everything was okay, that was nice. I got a flavorless turkey avocado wrap, wouldn’t recommend it. The meal was over $17 for a small. The fries were good, they are similar to fair fries but they have a little crunch.

We had never been to Penn station and we got a coupon for a 6-in free sub. So we went I was attempting to read the menu people came in behind us I asked if I could put my order on hold and let the people go in front of us so we had a chance to read the menu. The guy running the register and taking orders said no you can find your coupon and pay it the other end. So we ordered something quickly. Without having an opportunity to really look at the menu it was all bad.
I ordered a large Italian sub which was disgusting. The only thing Italian about it was a ton of ghastly Italian seasoning dumped on a tiny amount of meat that had a hint of lettuce, 4 quarter size slices of tomato with a sprinkle of lettuce, and a melted slice of provolone cheese.
My 17yr old daughter wanted a 6″ cheese steak. I just know she brought half of it home uneaten and asked to never go back.
When we got to the other end of the counter where we pay for order we asked if we could add a large fry.
I did not know they had french fries and my daughter was excited. Those fries were the best thing they had to offer. The lady that took our money and let us order fries was very polite, and professional and we were thankful for her.
I did purchased a $5 coupon packet from Penn station to help down syndrome. Sadly now I have to find someone to give it to that likes Penn station as we won’t go back.

Best fast food sammich shop chain. The Cheesesteak is so good. The fries are county fair style fries, and I absolutely love them.
Oh, and the lemonade is fantastic.
That’s my meal every time I order, and I’ve never been dissatisfied.
Definitely a go-to for me when I’ve decided I’m having a cheat day.

The service is always great. The staff esp the manager (I think) and the guy who always takes your older are awesome. I come here quite often. My only complaint is the tables and the floors are always quite sticky/dirty.

Made an online order. It’s nothing what I ordered. Not ordering here again and will do everything to convince everybody I know to never order from here. $18 for about $10 worth of food.

Food is great. Pretty pricey for what you get but it’s good. Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes great sometimes I’ve seen them arguing with one another and complaining about people calling off right in front of customers. So sometimes not very professional but that does seem to be the way of the world these days. Expect trashy service because most of these places are going to provide just that. This place isn’t awful by any means but when people are paying 60 bucks for 3 people to eat… Keep the whiny BS to yourself. No one wants to hear it. Life sucks. Get a helmet. [8-30-24] Update to review. I don’t have a moment. Everything that needed to be said was said. It was an honest recollection of an experience I’ve had at this location several times. You’re only as good as the people you hire and you hired people that like to argue with each other about who is doing what and when. Also complain in front of customers who are just coming in for some food. I didn’t hire them and wouldn’t have. So perhaps you should “take a moment” and have a discussion about professionalism with the staff that you chose.
Thank you.
Come again.
