Ordered online for pickup went inside and still waited 20 minutes. I’m pretty understanding but there was like 3 customers in the whole store. I couldn’t imagine if the place was busy. I mean if I order for pickup on my lunch break and can’t even make it back in time that’s not very convenient for anyone.. will not be back.

we came in and ordered a blt and a large fry. The girl who was working the front had an absolutely horrible attitude and was very obviously irritated that we were there. The managers were super nice but the front register girl completely ruined the experience.

Penn Station East Coast Subs is a must-visit for sandwich lovers! Their subs are made fresh to order with high-quality ingredients and grilled to perfection. The bread is soft and flavorful, and the fries are hand-cut and cooked fresh for every order. The lemonade is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick. A fantastic spot for a delicious and satisfying meal!

We have been to this location many times, all with very good results. This time, though, my husband’s usual order of a chicken Philly was not good at all. He ordered it with the usual plus banana peppers and mayo. It was smothered in mayo, and had little chicken and very few peppers. He complained that it didn’t taste the same at all, and he wouldn’t finish it.
My sandwich and that of my son were good as usual.

I don’t really understand this change. My husband is not very forgiving about stuff like this and may never order there again.

Lady took our order then wandered off. Young man that was supposed to be making our subs was too distracted by the young lady who I assumed was an employee that was off that day. Whispering in his ear, helping herself to drinks. All the while our food was not being prepared. The food overall wasn’t bad, just a bit pricey for what it was. The service however was horrendous and that is why I’ll probably never eat at any Penn station Sub again. The only people eating there were employees who weren’t working, and I can see why.
Also had some weird smell like something spoiled or just not clean

Food was absolutely delicious. I live in PA and they have a sub shop on every corner but this cheese steak seasoning was on point. Really really good cheesesteaks. They lose points for service, professionalism, and timing. I placed my order online around 1:45, they said ready at 2:00pm. I went in around 1:55 told them I was there they were just starting it. There was only 1 other couple in the store. Had to wait another 20 minutes for my sub while one of the workers sang and danced around and the other stood watching. It was very obnoxious.

Extremely slow service. One lady working behind the counter seemed more interested in singing loudly, complaining about having to cut her grass, and whining about not eating anything this week than actually working and making any food. We went up to the counter to check on our order and were told they were working on it. After waiting for over 20 minutes I heard her ask one of her coworkers if we were even here yet. Yes, we were sitting here listening to you. Very obnoxious!! Would not recommend!

This has been a great addition to Ashland. I like the veggie sub seen in the photo. French Fries are fresh and the best in town. This is my first stop for subs in Ashland.

Overall decent place. Food was good, place was clean. Kimberly took our order. She was a very kind lady and did a great job taking order. I was not impressed with the manager, unknown name, dark curly hair giving feedback / correcting employees in front of the customers. They should worry about themselves and if an employee needs help she can ask. & Give employees coaching and feedback when customers aren’t listening. Nobody wants to hear employees go back & forth over a free fry.

Ordered ahead of time. Said 6:17. Got there at 6:25 still not made. It took 15 or 20 more minutes for it to be ready. Then order wasn’t even right. Five people working . Was same way first time with time. Now the food. We will not return.
