The sandwich meat was trash! Hard bits and pieces of the carved meat that should be discarded was in my sandwich and it tasted foul! I had to throw the entire sandwich out. I paid $17 with DoorDash and it was awful! Never again will order from this store on highland square

Got the Philly steak, it was horribly overseasoned, couldn’t taste the meat, cheese, onions, or mushrooms, all I could taste was paprika or whatever. The bread was undercooked, soft and white. There were also no napkins. I took my friend here for lunch because I have always liked Penn Station, but this was awful and not a great first experience for him

Had lunch at the Highland Square location today. The restaurant was clean, service was fast. The food was hot, fresh and fantastic! I love Penn Station and this location doesn’t disappoint. Cheesesteak and fries are the way to go here.

So got an itallian sub today. Disappointment . Bread not toasted and under cooked. Poorly put together. The only good thing was the person cleaning the grill. Don’t think I will be going back. $10 for a sub and I ate left over pizza instead. What does that tell you?

Both mine and my partners sandwiches were missing ingredients. Fries were old, dry, stale chunks of potato. My sandwich was missing ingredients and extra lite on all ingredients. It was 90% bread. The worst part though was when I called to inform them of the issue (not expecting a refund just to inform on the condition of the food), the manager on duty made excuses. This wasn’t our first time ordering from them, but it is the last.
