Always get the Philly sammich, sometimes it’s better than other times, but for the most part they’re consistent and one of our regular spots, the kids even like they’re subs, so that’s saying something because they’re picky eaters! This last time, they forgot my sub, I called and they said they’d have it ready in 10 minutes and they loaded it, it was definitely one of the better subs, maybe it was because I was more hungry from the wait or the anticipation , but whatever the case, it was good. We usually get a large fry and it feeds the 4 of us well, so it’s a perfect size, I’m not crazy about how they put them in a cup with napkins on top because the top layer always sticks to the napkins and they get cold quickly, so it wouldn’t hurt if they actually came up with a better container to put them in, but I still order them, they remind me if fair fries!

Lived in Cleveland many years. Moved to Florida. On trip back, we made it a point to eat here. This was the closest to our hotel. It did not disappoint. Our kids didn’t understand the hype until they tried it.

By far the worst food I’ve received from a Penn Station location last night. Couldn’t even eat my food due to an allergy with mushrooms, after clearly stating no mushrooms. The cheese wasn’t even melted & there was barely any chicken on the subs!!!! My whole order was rushed, literally a waste of money! Horrible experience

Thank goodness the food is good because the service is awful. My daughter and I went in today and the guy taking the orders and cooking was extremely rude. He didn’t even make eye contact because he was too busy watching Reno 911 on their tv. It looked like he was ignoring us more than anything. I went to repeat my order and he said he got it in a rude attitude and it was still wrong when we picked it up. At least the guy doing the drinks was polite. Maybe they should switch so at least people wouldn’t dread coming in.

Cheese steak wrap is the size of an egg roll for $9.50. This is the only location that rips you off like this! Other locations actually give you a full size wrap!!
