Don’t let the pictures fool you, but my food was great. I got cheese steak with artichoke hearts and spicy brown mustard. Everything looks mashed together and the same color. When the fries are hot they’re very tasty. Customer service was above average.

We went to this Penn Station tucked away in Middleburg Hts. Every single employee was friendly, kind and generous. The quality of the food was super fresh and hot. The store was clean and fresh environment. One of the workers brought us the wrong sandwich, which we started eating. Then our sandwich we ordered came up and we got to keep it! Top notch customer service. This will be a stop for a quick dinner again!

I asked for a grilled Dagwood and it was cold. My fries weren’t salted, didn’t greet me at the door, didn’t ask about fresh squeeze lemonade, cookies or soft drinks. Honestly pretty rude to me, I’ll be staying away from here for a bit lol.

The bread they use here for their cheesesteak sandwiches is hands down the best sub bread I’ve had. Absolutely delicious! The staff here was very accommodating. When I informed them that one of the cheesesteaks was for someone with an onion allergy, they washed their grill tools before preparing our food. Everyone was really nice. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I was getting my order to-go, but I’d have no qualms about dining in. Another great Penn Station experience!

Food was still tasty so cook did good nice man to but I did not like the fact that the sandwich spilled out of the rap as he put it in the bag which the two works made note of while looking directly into the bag and than proceeded to say it was just the frys that spilled. Well when I got Into my car and looked at the bag half the sandwich was all over the place but the frys were still in the cup how they thought I wouldn’t realize that is beyond me

Not sure what happened to the old workers but you need to get better workers in there. Especially the lady finishing the order. I sat there and watched her mess up a sandwich before mine and then she messed mine up and put lettuce on it and instead of havent re cooked she tried to pick the lettuce off and of course still all kids of lettuce pieces in the meat and cheese. Can’t just pick lettuce off and comes out of hot melted cheese. I can’t have lettuce and that’s why I asked for no lettuce but I guess she doesn’t care after messing it up and giving it to me anyways. So if this is gonna be the kind of workers you have I’ll not return here and I come quit a bit.

Messed up order multiple occasions without adding the items that are asked to be added onto a sandwich legit just got chicken and cheese no dressings nothing almost drove back up I really shouldn’t have to check and open my sandwich to verify if everything is on it and wrap it back up….
