Have you ever had a craving for something, ordered it and waited almost an hour for it to be delivered only for it to be the wrong food…. with the correct order on the receipt attached to the bag.
You ordered a cold sub you built yourself, only to get a hot, dry, steak sub. Ruined my night, I am beyond annoyed

Good food but…Unknowingly sat and watched my sub sit on a shelf for 28 minutes. Let them know I was there to pick up and they said they’d let me know when it was up. They didn’t.

Maybe hiring people with good customer service may increase sales! Having the cashier at the register cussing the whole time to a fellow coworker absolutely inappropriate seems like they just hire anybody. I do my best to avoid this location but the lemonade is good!

Manager absolutely ridiculous..we stood at the door for a minimum 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The guy that took our order was visibly frustrated being the only one taking and cooking the orders. The 2 women in the shop were both at the registers. I believe 1 was the manager and was on a personal call the entire time. She was rude to the customers, and didn’t address any of them. Personal information from an interview was all over the table for everyone to see. There were approximately 8-12 people waiting on their food. I will never return to that location. W117th will ALWAYS be my go to!

Maybe they are having a bad day but food was …I came back to up my review for service because employee came to check on us on the way out and offered advice about places to see…I should wait to judge

Great hot sandwiches. Everything is made to order and expect 5-10 minutes to receive your food. Fresh squeezed lemonade and hand cut fries are a great pairing to any sandwich. There’s usually a table to sit at even around the lunch hour.

The rudest penn station staff I’ve ever experienced. Will not be going back. Not worth your time, energy, and surely not your money.

This is probably one of the best Penn Stations I have visited. The service was great and the food was even better. I would definitely recommend this location, and would visit again the next time I’m in Cleveland.

We just spent $40 and received slop. I tried to call before coming back up and of course they don’t answer. My sandwich was incorrect, fries were burnt and cold, like how is that even possible. I should have just canceled my order when I saw the pay station where you swipe your credit card. It had food and what appeared to a liquid all over it. I had to use a napkin to grab their pen and sign. This is how my sandwich looks and this is a small fry. This is not $11.85 worth of food. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes onions and mushrooms and none of that is on the sandwich. It’s PB & J for dinner I guess
