Hats off to Penn Station East Coast Subs! The Off the Grill Club Sub was absolutely delicious — cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The service was exceptional, friendly, and fast, which made the visit even better. And I can’t forget the fries — crispy, golden, and downright awesome. A fantastic experience all around!

I rarely give 5’s for restaurants so keep that in mind. It’s yucky and cold outside so slush is everywhere. There was a member of staff actively mopping the dining room to keep it clean. That did not go unnoticed.
The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and sensing it was my first time there, directed me where to go to pay and pick up my order.
At checkout, the cashier was extremely friendly. She ticked all the boxes that management would want her to – drinks? Cookies? Etc. more impressive was she specifically asked if I wanted a lemonade. Every quick serve asks about these things but her specific ask did make me consider it for sec. (I should mention I used to own restaurants so my awareness is raised to this sort of thing).
She called my name in a pleasant voice, asked if I needed any condiments and gave a pleasant send-off.
Got to my hotel room, the order was hot and tasty and exactly what I ordered. Great experience.

I really liked the Philly cheese steak. The roll is fresh and baked daily in the store( I asked) and holds up well without overpowering the ingredients. The steak was tender and flavorful. The onions, mushrooms and cheese blended well together. My only complaint would be the in amount of salt that was added was a bit much…however overall a great sandwich and would order again.

Quick service with online ordering. Fries were hot and cooked perfectly. The wrap was on the stale side during one visit but nice and soft during our second visit a week later. My grilled turkey Dagwood was delicious both times. The bread is a crusty on the edges but soft on the inside. Good portion sizes on the meat and toppings. The cookies are a bit overdone but soft and full of chocolate; definitely recommend getting a cookie with your sub.

The headline here… JUST OKAY… On the plus side the food is amazing. It is everything that I have come to expect from Penn Station. I particularly enjoy the Cheesesteak Sandwich.
On the down side service was less than I came to expect from Penn Station In 2 key areas… Speed and Service. After repeating my order back to me it was still wrong. The time to make my food was definitely longer than I have come to expect from other locations.
On the whole not a bad experience… but just okay… far from great.

Chester location: The order was taken by Angela. She is also the person that put old fries in the large fry container and put a few fresh fries on top. I contacted the store via phone and spoke to the manager Jacob who had just came out of the restroom when my order was being prepared. He sounded like he didn’t have a care in the world. There was no resolution offered. He only replied ok to anything I said. I called polite, because he was not at fault and I go to this location often. I told him that a Google review would be done, he replied ok!” I informed him that his nonchalant attitude was not acceptable. He in turn replied “ok”. Old food is not acceptable, but a store manager who clearly didn’t care about my order being messed up might be worse.

every single time that I order from here, I always choose to schedule ahead and order and still show up anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes after my order time because I know that the store takes their time and yet even whenever I show up 10 to 20 minutes after my scheduled order, they still haven’t even begun making my order yet, it’s ridiculous. I’m sick of it. There is no point of scheduling ahead if they make it once you get there.
