The woman and man working this evening were down right amazing! They were so kind and helpful. My food was amazing and my service was even better. You really have a gem with the lady that waited on me. Penn Station I hope you see this and take care of her how she is taking care of your business. That’s hard to find this day and age!

Got home from getting my takeout and discovered the only things on my sandwich were mayo and bacon. I understand they could have been out of tomato and lettuce, but don’t let your customers leave with mayo-bacon sandwiches. Nobody would want to eat that.

Their food is always amazing. Whether they get your order right is a whole other story! Either walk in and get your subs and watch them make it. Don’t ask for tomato, You get tomato. Tell them no onion. They put onion. You say neither and they don’t give you tomato or onion. They list the ingredients so you normally just say no tomato, no onion. It’s confusing but again they almost never get it right at this location.

Go in order subs. Pay for subs. Watch em make the subs. Definitely order the fresh cut french fries. Get the vinegar if u like that to put on subs and fries. Get fresh lemonade or tea or mixture of both or a soda if u so choose. I’m gonna recommend chicken teriyaki but every sub I’ve tried was awesome.

Great subs! Super clean in here (staff was cleaning the grill after serving us in the middle of the day- impressive). Food was amazing, very fresh. The bread is baked here and the homemade fries and lemonade is excellent!

Foods good. As first time customers at this location definitely won’t be back. At least not for dine in with the conversation we witnessed between 2 employees while sitting trying to eat dinner. ♀️ talking about some dogs behind being glued shut and how this girls friend was shot by the cops. Didn’t get a name but who ever was working this evening on 12/23/24. Was a dark haired girl with tattoos and another guy who appeared to be a cook.
