It’s a good sub and sandwich place, I love the idea of fresh squeezed lemonade, it is so refreshing. The waiter was very friendly. As atmosphere goes, it is just regular, nothing special, the place is clean. By the way, their fries are fresh as well, it is not frozen.

We stopped in for dinner on the way home Saturday night. I got the giant Philly Cheese Steak and my son got the giant Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Staff were helpful and kind. Took about 15 minutes for a to-go meal. Giant apparently means about a 12 inch sub. Price seemed high for what we got, but the food was delicious.
Pluses= Staff, Service, Taste
Minuses= Size of a giant & price

Sandwiches are good, but the price is a bit over the top. I will take Jimmy John’s over Penn Station price and taste any day of the week. Two sandwiches should not cost 40 bucks

This is the first time I visited this location. I ordered the Cold Cut Club (Ham, Turkey, Veggies) and it hit the spot. It had great proportions of bread, meat and veggies. The fries were great tasting. The only thing I didn’t like was that they seemed to be the last of the batch or something. They were tiny end pieces for being cut fresh. The service was great but it appeared the young lady had no help. She took the order, cooked the food and served it to the tables alone. There was other staff but none seemed to help her which made the wait time longer.
Meal cost was $15 for small sandwich, small fries and small drink.

Could use a little more salt. The fries were fresh cut but not crispy they were floppy and soggy. The sandwich on the other hand was very good. I ordered the Italian off the grill. And it came with onions and cheese and meat. They were out of ham. But they did replace it with extra salami.

The sandwich had a long and straight hair in it. My hair is short and curly, I nearly lost my stomach as I pulled the strand of hair from between chicken and onions on my chicken teriyaki sandwich. Awful experience, I can’t go back after this.

I frequent this location and there is usually a 90% chance that my order is always wrong. On top of my sandwich being wrong they left out the fries on my most recent order. I should have known better to check but was in a hurry. I called and the manager said she would refund my order. She in fact did not refund my order. And honestly if the employees would have just stopped their conversation and paid attention it probably would have never been an issue.

Always good fresh food. Exactly what you would expect at Penn Station. The fresh cut French Fries and lemonade are outstanding. The service was excellent.
The resturant was very clean. It appeared the manager and the staff work just as hard at keeping the facility clean as they do making the food and serving you.

The manager talks to her employees like crap in front of other employees and customers. She didn’t know who I was or why I was there as a customer and saw one of her employees come off break early to come see that I was there before helping me remember what I like to eat there and she was there less than 30 seconds when the manger Alexis came out and was extremely rude to us both and embarrassed the employee in the lobby and never apologized to me the next time I came in. She doesn’t keep up with the health code and left before inspection the other day because she knew it was gonna fail. Leaving them without a manger on clock for the health inspector. She is constantly rude and going on smoke breaks that take 2-3 cigarettes each time and doesn’t wear or make her employees wash their hands or wear gloves. The employees are all friendly and very good about getting your order out quickly. Not a good in store experience though with her working.
