Updated review: got the monthly special which was the chicken Philly cheesesteak and it was pretty darn good. Fries were ok but for 10 bucks it was a good deal!
Nothing bad to say about Penn Station. Staff was helpful, place was okay clean, and food was good. Subs are toasted, and even after toasting the bread is soft. Had cheese steak and it was good. Freshcut fries and the little extra flavor in the ketchup was very good. Cookies are also fluffy and delicious but very decadent. I would recommend trying.

I have eaten at Penn Station in several different cities…this one misses the mark. The service was unfriendly, tables were dirty, and we were missing some meat on our sandwich (see photos). One large sandwich, fries and a drink…$23. The price does not coincide with the product and service. When the food was brought out, the employee threw the basket on our table as they walked by…never even glancing at us or confirming our food – no ‘enjoy your meal’ – nothing. I’m disappointed. To be fair, one employee of the three was actually nice/friendly. Due to the location, parking was difficult. The floors were sticky and some of the bathroom stalls were out of order.

So we ordered a LARGE CHICKEN TERIYAKI SUB but dang I was so shocked (could have came with a warning may a appear small than intended). There wasn’t even enough chicken and the thinnest bread I have ever seeStation first opened up on 31 W it’s was so good we ain’t there one twice maybe three times a month-as the earth gone by it’s getting worse and worse aka I know inflation is hitting…but still the food could be a little better

Very disappointed I ordered cheese bread and a cold club this was my first time eating at penn station and I’ve always heard great things about it so when the dasher arrived with my order I was so confused because I thought cheese bread was something other than a sub but sadly it’s not literally it was a roll of provolone cheese with barely any sauce in sub bread. They literally just slapped it on there and sent it out. Also the cold club looked like a two year old had made it all slapped together and they didn’t even cut the bread. So needless to say I won’t ever go back and I’ll stick to the regular jersey mikes so I know I’ll get exactly what I ordered. But shout out to my DoorDash driver Dewey who got the order here in a timely manner had great communication and was actually the best part of the whole “first time” experience!

It’s been many months since I’ve visited a PS and probably won’t try this one again anytime soon. Just REALLY REALLY bad service. I waited 30 min for my one sandwich and a fry and finally gave up and asked for a refund. I was not upset just kindly asked for my money back and left.
Two workers were present. One worked hard while the other just had zero effort in serving customers. I was dumbfounded of his lack of enthusiasm and effort to work.
The other worker was visibly upset by his coworker and unfortunately this led to poor service on his part. One bad apple clearly spoiled the bunch.
